Although the food was delicious and employees were phenomenal it was devastating to see the state in which a local chain has depleted to. It is evident that management treats their employees with a lack of respect and support for their above and beyond efforts to serve the community.

Just moved to Albany and this immediately became my and my fiancés favorite spot to eat. We’ve already been there twice. Not only is the food outrageously good but the guys that work there are really nice and personable. Highly recommend if you love a good burger. MUST try the vegan loaded fries. Absolutely delicious. 10/10

Elaine HAS PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! She was polite and professional in her communication and what I appreciated was her honesty. She stated clearly that she doesn’t have the answer to my question and spoke with a manager. Herbie’s is the best. Honestly I’ve been in the food industry for nearly 15 years now and this place is THAT place. It’s clean and the food is fresh and made to order- from the vegetables in burgers to the quality of meat to the milkshakes. The staff are incredible kind people who work very hard. They’re good to their community and customers.
Bonus- They’ve got classic arcade games inside, kids welcome- Can’t get better than that- and they’re open late night.

First timer in this area and eating here. It was completely empty when we arrived around 11 pm and even then, the person helping us was super helpful and very nice to us! He put down our order and get it all correct and the food presentation was also amazing. Great food and great area!!

Herbie’s Burger is a pretty decent burger place. It has a nice atmosphere and I got the food pretty quick.
The burger is a decent burger, I got the double cheeseburger with everything on it. I also got the regular fries, which in my opinion is one of the best fries I’ve ever had. It had a lot of salt on it and it was thin and crispy.
Unfortunately it was a pretty expensive meal. I eat a lot, but two burgers and fries still clocked in at 26 dollars.
The food came in these nice cute pink paper boxes, which was pretty nice.
Overall, it was a really good experience. Although the food can be a bit expensive.
