Tropical Grille is a fast casual dinning concept founded in Greenville SC in 2010, our goal is to provide our guest with an exception service experience and flavors that will keep them wanting more. Our food is cooked fresh daily using only the freshest ingredients and spices. Many of our flavors and recipes are influenced by our Cuban heritage.

From the moment we walked into the restaurant we noticed it was clean and comfortable. The cashier Mr. Curtis was very patient. He waited on us to ask about the menu. He was patient and helpful the entire time. He explained the dishes we asked about very clear. The food was well presented and tasted great. I definitely recommend Tropical Grill on main st.

was the first customer to order food on 1/21/25 – chicken rice bowl. Food was cold, rice had a strange plastic smell, chicken was undercooked. Threw away half of it. The dining area was a mess – boxes and cars on the floor and on the dining tables. Was one of the first customers when it first opened on Pelham rd. Ate there every day, food and service used to be great when the owner and his ex cons were still running it. Not coming back though.

Plantains!!! That’s all I need to.say, conversation over. Amazing plantains! Plenty of additional choices if you don’t like fried plantains but who in the world does not like perfectly cooked fried plantains. I had the Cuban bowl with pork which was INCREDIBLE! But seriously if you only get the plantains you will leave a happy camper!!!

I have been to several TG’s in the GSP area. The Main Street Greenville location absolutely tops them all on service and food quality! The food is ALWAYS fresh and flavorful. This location should be your gold standard for the others.

Service was nice but food was quite average. Large portions for the price but was underseasoned and definitely not fresh. Rice was overcooked and meat was chewy and minced too small. Sauces are tasty but were necessary to getting the food down. Seating isn’t comfortable and felt crammed. Clean restaurant and quick service if you need something fast that is healthier. We tried Palomilla bowl and chicken fresco. Positive environment and nice religious sayings. Food has much more potential.

Great service. Food was prompt. Delicious sauces. Very clean, let’s see if the eating area stays clean after it’s been open a few months. The bowls had better flavor than some of the competitors but the sauce made them very tasty.

The employees are friendly and super helpful , the cashier’s went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The food is healthy yet delicious , literally the best of both worlds 😀 This adorable restaurant has a clean environment and is very modern ! They also play music that I personally enjoy , I most definitely recommend stopping here ❤️

Went there earlier today before work to grab a bite to eat .I had a regular classic bowl with the grilled chicken and yellow rice.My grilled chicken was burnt out disgusting. Tropical grilled yall need to do better and the chicken was dry.
