I earl never waste my time with reviews but this needs to be said.
Ordered my one drink through the app at least 15 min ahead of time, when I arrived the two ladies behind the counter were just sitting there complaining about other people. Never once did they acknowledged me standing there waiting or even look at me. I then watch two separate occasions where customers came in, waited at the order counter and also not getting acknowledged, both customers walked out in frustration. I made the comment to that costumer that they’ve been ignoring customers the whole time I was there. She then mentioned to me it’s like that every time she tries to come there and is never coming back. After standing there over 5 min she finally had my drink finished and then just sat it on the counter right in front of me, never asking if that was mine and never even recognizing or apologizing for my wait. At least my drink was made correctly but I’d rather have quality service!
This is the fourth time this has happened to me at this location and I’ll never be going back. I’ll go out of my way to another Caribou. Definitely the worst service out of all the Caribou locations in town!!!!!

This place is Awesome. I had the bacon and gouda souffle. My White Mocha hot coffee was better here than Starbucks at a fraction of the cost and closer to my house. Had to pick up milk at Hornbachers and stopped in here real quick.

Updating to one star: tried it again today and equally if not worse attitudes from BOTH baristas. (4-5-25) They were making fun of a family that had come in and used “Starbucks” terms….”they must have been Starbuckers,” were overall negative in general in every aspect of their interactions with customers and talking to each other.

(They eventually shared a drink so assuming it was her mother.) Rudely told something still on the online menu is not available anymore. OK, that’s fine….no need to be irritated with me. This isn’t first time this particular gal hasn’t been very friendly. (Red hair, shaved underneath.) Love the products but will likely not patronize this location again if she’s working.)

The person working was either having a bad day or just not great with customer service. She was very short with responses, didn’t say hi or anything, appeared irritated or crabby, didn’t smile at all, very monotone voice. She was slamming doors and throwing things around while she was making the drinks and when 2 people got in line behind me, she let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes. I guessed the trivia correct and she didn’t give me the 10 cents off either. The hot chocolate was really good!

I went at 10am when I first got there she was counting money from the register with her bare hands then proceeded to make my drink with that same hand absolutely disgusting…. She then saw me sighed…she got mad and she asked me “what do you want to drink”, she didn’t even ask for my perks account. I also asked for a ICED matcha and she proceeded to give me hot matcha. I told her nicely that I wanted an iced one not hot then got mad and said “well you told didn’t specify it” then started remaking the drink slamming things. she had red hair and bald at the back. SO BEWARE if you see someone like that working there. Third time trying caribou and last.

A clean shop with quick service. I had Victoria as a barista and she was kind, polite, and left me feeling refreshed after our small talk about coffee. She gave understandable explanations about the products I asked about. It was nice to grocery shop with a warm coffee in hand.

Food was as not as tasty or fresh as it is at other locations, they are very short staffed, waited a long time for beverage. Drink was okay. The one person was doing all she was able. I like the seating upstairs but it was messy, not cared for as it was other times.

I don’t normally do reviews but this place is a disaster. My count currently sits at 15 times in a row when I order an XL crafted press *hot* I get an iced. How anyone could make the same mistake 15 times in a row is beyond me. Half the time they act annoyed they have to remake it. It’s quite the experience.
