I typically order from the Lowell Street store. I always get the same thing.- Cheese pan pizza well done- Tonight upon delivery, I realized the pizza did not have marinara. It had some white Sauce instead. Looked at my order and realized it was my mistake while ordering.- Strange because I’ve never ordered white sauce before. Anyhow, called the store explaining my situation.- Offered to come and pick up a different pizza and use my 50% coupon to get half off of it? as it was my mistake when I placed the order that I didn’t get marinara.- JOE Was the man I spoke with on the phone. He was kind enough to have another pizza sent out to me, delivery, free of charge. Even though I made the mistake. These days, it’s very hard to encounter great customer service. Whether it be over the phone or in person. Because of how accommodating and kind Joe was, I will continue to order from the Lowell Street store. And I will certainly tell people about my great experience. Joe definitely should be recognized for his professional and courteous personality,

Ordered this pizza due to a coupon. The total with the coupon for this large pizza called the extravaganza was about 1675. I am local to the area. I will recommend this pizza. It had lots of toppings on it. Ham sausage, hamburger, pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers. The sauce was your typical sauce no excitement about that. The crust was flavored with garlic. We ordered online paid in store drove about five minutes to pick it up. Got it back home and it was still hot as it should be. I will recommend this pizza at this location

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried placing an order for lunch from the dominos 1.5 miles away from me. No driver in today so they can’t do it. Thats perfectly fine. I call this location 2.5 miles from my work just with a hope they could but not expecting it. I started off asking if the delivery times are slow before I even asked so I would know. 20 minutes. Then was nice and asked if they could just go the extra mile and I would leave a very nice tip. If you can’t not the end of the world. He said he would ask a manager. Leaves me on hold for a minute then says “We can’t do that because that wouldn’t be fair for our actual customers” so am I no a customer just because I am an extra mile away and your other store can’t have a single driver in? Just could’ve said no!

they almost never answer the phone.. purposely… called two others near location where my family lives and they said it’s frequent that they don’t answer, but they’re sorry they can’t deliver due to location (understandable)… there was one time when they did answer I explained there online ordering wasn’t working so I called to place an order for delivery with a deal via online. The young male started to laugh and basically call us “cheap” for trying to apply the deal that was online. He was very unprofessional and just plain rude.

If you order from Domino’s make sure to request Ryan or Roger as your delivery driver. Best guys for the job!! Make sure to give them a decent tip, they deserve it and if you do tip you’ll receive priority service and delivery. From a past insider….take my word for it.

Highly disappointed in my order tonight. I ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads. Both had horribly brown lettuce. I also ordered parmesan bread twists, got the bites instead. We usually order every Friday. A few weeks we have only gotten a gluten free cheese pizza even though we ordered pepperoni. I may be changing which store that we order from.

Second time this happens… they are generally inconsistent with their pizza. I always order the same pizzas once a week and 5 out of 10 it’s never the way I order it! I don’t review them but last night I got very annoyed, I ordered my pizza with extra tomato sauce and not only they didn’t put extra, it had NO sauce at all! After 24 hours from my last meal I was super hungry! I could not eat this dry pizza! I called the store 3 times and got NO answer, it would at least make me feel better if the re-made my pizza… I also I made a complaint online and they said I would get a free one but that was never added to my account! Sad because I really love Dominos when they get my order right!!!!

Alright. I’m def not one to complain. But my guy I got buffalo sauce on my pizza. Thinking ya know a nice drizzle for a razzle dazzle. (I like a bit of spice sue me) but like bro I’d need a life guard and a “swim at your own risk” sign to eat this pizza. Dude straight up was the roach from men in black with the sugar water going “more” except he was wielding an unrelenting power of buffalo sauce. Homeboy went katrina on my pizza and I’m on my roof rn with a “HELP” spray painted on the next to me waiting to be ascended up in a grocery cart looking thing like I’m meeting Jesus at the local market basket. I called and asked for a replacement and my driver must a Batista bombed the box cause this replacement more outta place than my ex is in a church. Do better Lowell st. Ya boy was just trying to eat.
