The food and beverage came out fast and were delicious. I was really disappointed in the way the cashier was so cold and impersonal. No eye contact, no greeting, no please or thank you, just a robotic transaction. I was the only customer at that moment, I would understand if they were super busy.
I tipped out of habit, even though it wasn’t earned.
I want the person working to remember that you are working with human beings. A little kindness will go a long way and make you more tips!! I hope next time is better or it may be my last.

The young lady that took our order was an absolutely exceptional employee. I wish I would have got her name so she could be recognized personally by her management. The drinks were made quickly & were absolutely delicious, as were the chocolates.

The employees at this location are great! I was in today shortly after 4. I couldn’t decide what to order since I don’t go to Caribou very often The young lady that took my order helped me decide. She was very friendly, and the employee that handed me my drink had a big, friendly smile, Even though she was wearing a mask, her face lit up, I could tell.

So in an absolute desperate need of caffeine with a kick of mocha we set out looking for Caribou. Found it and proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted by the most enjoyable and pleasant voice that belonged to Mitch my superhero and caffeine plug of the day. I am a drama queen who teases and messes with everyone I come in contact with. Most people are caught off guard but dear Mitch gave it right back with such ease and grace I had nothing but respect and admiration for him. He even had the foresight to offer a shot or two of extra espresso. I will from now on only be frequenting this Caribou for the simple reason I will never cheat on my dear Mitch, he is the only barista for this Minnesota Momma.

Manager was rude and condescending and treated us like we were imposing on her to order an iced latte and turtle mocha. Then she serves us a hot chocolate instead as if we’re too stupid to know the difference in the taste. And proceeds to mock us for not remembering a phone number and having to look it up.

Your new process for making Hot Tea (both black and green) is wrong. I first ordered a Black tea – had a funky old coffee flavor and very bitter.
Asked for a new cup – tried Green, discovered the tea is brewed ahead of time and tea bags are left soaking… which causes tea to become very bitter. (yes, the 2nd cup was very bitter.
I would suggest changing your process and provide customers with a fresh, “new” tea bag.

Staff are nice people regional managment is horrible. They donate a fraction of the proceeds to cancer patients amys blend used to be all. So much better to donate directly then buying overpriced quarterly profits wrapped in fake empathy. The district manager doesn’t care for the employees just the sales I believe his name was Langdone who hired a terrible person/ manager who went by Jen sparkle commit.
