Stopped for this spectacular brand new looking playground.
Walked alllllllll the way around it and photographed it from the outside.
Companion spent money on food.
I attempted to enter from store interior.
There was a little boy also trying to enter.
Two whitish females behind the counter
Rude, not too bright and failures at customer service.
Got stuck on
“It’s wet. It got washed this morning.”
No. It is not wet. It is 6pm.
“It’s wet. We did not make sure it was safe. Someone fell this MORNING”

I called Megan. No answer. I called again. No answer. Two days ago.

Yesterday they left my burger out all together and today they left the second patty and cheese off. so if it happened to me twice in 2 days there’s no telling how many orders are being messed up. I’ve worked in restaurants for years I never post things like this but it’s gotten so bad. This was supposed to be a double cheese burger.

The drive thru is one extreme to the other. On one hand there is a very sweet lady who is always pleasant. Went through today and ordered once I got to the window and saw the other young lady with the pink hair she was going to make me wait to pay so I drove off. This young lady has been rude ever time I have had to deal with her, she seems bothered to be at work. I work in retail and with the public so I understand people can be tough. However this young lady may not need to work with the public. Right people right position and unfortunately this is a miss for the Childersburg location. It’s unfortunate that one associate is holding this location back.

This place had one of the largest kids playgrounds I’ve seen in a fast food restaurant in a while. Service was quick, the bathroom was clean, and the food was what you’d expect.

I was a little worried about stopping here because of all the bad reviews. My kids really wanted to stop and play only huge outdoor play structure. We ordered a Whopper meal and the food was great. Service was fast too. The playground is very nice and we will definitely be stopping here again.

This is the second Burger King that I visited throughout the US and this building is astonishing. The architecture the decoration the design. It looks beautiful in here. I came in for breakfast and I didn’t even have to wait three minutes. They made it on the spot. Everything was fresh. Everything taste good. They were very friendly. The bathroom were clean. The dining room is spotless. What a great experience I had in this building. So the next time I’m in town, guess where I’m coming to have lunch you got it this Burger King

We’ve been here twice. The first time it was clear the manager was working and our service was awesome!! Food was ok. The second time was it great. The person working the drive through wouldn’t speak into her mic. When we went to pick up our food we pointed out that a set of fries and drink was left out. She said oh that was supposed to be a meal? Didn’t hear that. She then told us we could pull around and reorder if we wanted it fixed ♀️. She was also wearing a very dirty looking sweater with holes in it. I mean I understand everything is getting super expensive I don’t expect everyone to have nice new clothes. I mean I don’t, but if you’re going to work with people’s food your clothes should at least look clean. People shouldn’t be able to see your skin through the multiple holes in your shirt finally I got the melt and it was awful. Soggy bread and undercooked onions. Definitely hit or miss going here.

Gave us attitude then made us wait and never brought the food out. We had to go in to get our money back. 15 mins waiting as they served over 6 people just fine behind us. Walked in to get the money back and they were sitting on the pickup station. They refused to bring it out to us or acknowledge us. We looked at the receipt to be sure it was our and just got it walked out.
