I Thought their pizzas supposed to be hot and ready but when I go through the drive thru I have to wait 20 mins to even get acknowledge then have to wait 20 to 30 more minutes for 2 pizza no good customer services at all and timing awful

The only reason I even gave this location 3 stars was because I’ve been here before and didn’t have any problems. Today (8/30/2025) was the first time I’ve been in a while and I don’t think I will be returning. I walked in and there was nobody even at the Register. A girl came in a few seconds after me who made a pre-order for 3 orders of wings. If she hadn’t yelled ‘Hello. Excuse me” to the people in the back she would still be waiting on her order. More people was coming in to place orders and no one was coming to the front to service the customers. I don’t understand why because it was an older lady, another guy, and maybe one or two more people cooking In the back. It was no need for everyone to be in the back and NO ONE up front. I believe the older lady was supposed to be taking orders and running the register because one of the guys said you got some people up front. She was acting like she didn’t want to be bothered and was more comfortable handling the food. After a few more minutes, I just walked out. I personally don’t recommend anyone ordering from this location whether online or in person if you want to get your pizza or wings in a timely manner.

Picked up a plain pepperoni and plain sausage pizza in the drive thru. Pretty good deal for the price. Topping weren’t evenly distributed. They were very busy on a Friday evening.

A shame that I ordered and watched several people come and go with their food while waiting for mine. When I went inside to get it the employee was too busy socializing with their coworkers to even address me when I came in. I had to raise my voice to get her attention. Please hire some people who can do their jobs.

The slowest place to ever go. Ordered a medium pizza and some bread. Waited almost a hour and still wasn’t done. If you’re expecting fast service and good food go to dominos. This place ain’t it.

I’ve ordered from here a total of 3 times and
each time I’ve had to cut the pizza myself. This time (pictured) is a thin crust pizza that was not cut and was mutilated and not even crispy, and it’s soggy. Part of the pizza was so soggy it’s stuck to the cardboard. Don’t waste your time or money here
