First time eating here. The fish was fresh, the sushi pieces are huge. The miso soup was excellent. We ate in. When the soup and salad were brought to the table in to go boxes, I was a little worried. But the sushi was served on plates and was beautiful as the photos show. What a gem of a place.

Just discovered this rare gem in an area lacking pleasant dining options. WOW. Very impressed. The reviews were spot on. We ordered take away. Remarkable freshness and great preparation. I encourage everyone to experience the sushi and sashimi. Very lucky to have this level of quality in an area that is often difficult to find sources of fresh quality seafood. Can’t say enough about the freshness. And I have lived and dined around the US and internationally. Kudos to the proprietors. Please support this great little place. You won’t be disappointed.

Yummy!!!! This place is amazing! Such a great find in the small village of Canajoharie. Such a pleasant surprise! We tried quite a few things on the menu. Everything was fresh , delicious and excellent quality! It was so good that even the leftovers were amazing the next day! We are looking forward to dining again really soon!!!! Thank you!!!!

First time there…17.Ichiban Roll(8pcs)…absolutely delicious! Took them less than five minutes to prepare it. Great brief conversation with the man who served me. I’m definitely a huge fan and will be back as often as I can!

Great variety of sushi, prepared quickly! Staff was very friendly and willing to customize any roll. Prices were reasonable, restaurant was clean, and food was delicious. Will definitely be back!

The worst takeout experience I have ever had.
I went to pickup food for family and it took 2 hours of me waiting there to get it. I was by far not the only one there waiting on food and I saw multiple people cancel their orders after waiting way too long. I only stayed as I was picking up for family and I was not the person there with the longest wait. I have never left a bad review before and now this place has made me. If I could give negative stars at this point I would.

We got take out on their second night and the food was great and far exceeded my expectations. The sushi rice was good and the fish tasted clean and fresh.
They were slammed since everyone is excited for their opening but you wouldn’t be able to tell they were in the weeds from the food! It all came out great. If you’re reading this while they are still new, I’d just make sure you give some wiggle room time wise in case they are getting a lot of orders and pushing back orders a bit. Forgot to take a photo before digging in but I added one from part way through.
