For me it was first experience here in USA and I loved the mini bagels, hash browns as well as coffee with 2 cream and two sugar. Would definitely visit the Dunkin again whenever or wherever I see it.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but there are ongoing issues with order accuracy, service, and food quality. On my last visit, an entire sandwich and a juice were missed, requiring me to return twice.
The coffee is often not mixed properly, especially when Splenda is requested. Customer service is inconsistent, one younger employee is upbeat and warm but uses pet names, which give me the ick. Another older employee works very fast and clearly works hard, but is often rude when asked for simple things like a cup of water, making comments about how I have to ask at the speaker and me “making everything late,” which is unprofessional. Again, he works hard and seems to care deeply about doing his best work and adhering to what I imagine are drive-thru time limits, so all he needs is simple coaching to ensure higher customer satisfaction. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and a good boss can identify them and help them better their weaknesses.
Food quality is a concern. The bacon on my sandwich appeared undercooked, which is a food safety issue, and the sandwich was unevenly heated, one side toasted, the other soggy. I ate it praying I don’t get food poisoning which isn’t how a customer should feel. I previously worked at Subway, and while cooking bacon separately wasn’t required, it was a practice we adopted/offered because it improved consistency and customer satisfaction. With thicker bread like sourdough, turning the sandwich halfway could also help.
The staff works hard, but better training, communication, and attention to detail are needed.
An issue I have outside of this location is inability to add both cream and milk to my coffee, it only lets me pick one on the $6 deal, adjustments should be made to the app.

No glazed donuts, no maple glazed, no strawberry frosted. They gave me Boston cremes with no crème. And the latte had zero foam and was just warm milk. Everytime I go here it’s something. Corporate should look into management here.

HORRIBLE!!! Service, my order wrong, the person taking the order, DOES NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Super rude did not apologize for my order being wrong. He could have a much better attitude and needs a course on customer service.

I don’t Usually like to give one star reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my service today. I went to this Dunkin to order donuts for my job and use my corporate card additionally I wanted to purchase my own drink on a separate order. I let the employee know and he immediately told me no he could not do that because he didn’t wanna mess up his timer. So he chose a timer versus customer service. I’m pretty sure that the customer service is more important than a timer, and all I was asking for was a drink a small drink . It wouldn’t have changed their timer he told me that he couldn’t make my drink then, but that I can get back in line and order again at this point the line was long. I do not appreciate this kind of service, especially when it was only two items.

Nice little dunkin’ donuts. The people inside are friendly but I think they’re working under heavy load. My English muffin that I ordered dark toasted with butter came out. Barely toasted, dry. The coffee is good and the service is fast though. I just have to check my order next time. Very clean. Very modern inside. It does feel good when you walk through the door. I will be back

Service was good but the food was just okay and the facility itself was an absolute mess. I was waiting around there and did work for 2 hours on my laptop and no tables were cleaned at all. To add to that, they and the benches were filthy on entry and I arrived at 9am. You can see from photos what I’m describing. Bathroom had no soap as well.

I always hit this drive through whenever i am in the Pinecrest area. The lady at the drive thru in the mornings is always in a great mood. No matter what day it is that i am here. Great coffee as well.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have had in a long time was at this location. The lady was on the phone chatting up a storm and not assisting the customers. The restroom didn’t have any toilet paper and I informed all three adults working and they just looked at me. Meanwhile, the young lady was still on her cellphone not helping customers!
