I always order the shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. Ray at the commons location needs to be the trainer on making this drink for all locations. This was by far the best one I’ve had. Oh and Dee brightens up my day every morning.

I came there for a quick drink and bite to eat around 1pm on this fine saturday, i didnt know this starbucks got this busy it was quick service, everybody was so polite my drink and food came out quick and the girl who took my order was amazing- ⭐️-everything i had was great i will be back to willoughby commons

I normally do don’t go to Starbucks but yesterday I really needed some coffee. I walked in the store was super busy but the staff was able to dish out everyone’s orders very quickly. I was very impressed. The store was very clean and when I got to the counter I spoke to the cashier and said your store is busy but also very clean your manger must run a tight ship. And they all laughed and said yes she does. I will be back whenever I am back in town!

Every Starbucks is different. I like this one’s seating arrangement, because there is a variety of low table w/two chairs, long bench booths, and freestanding tables by the window.
One of the booth ends and table is right near the door which I don’t love, but as long as it’s not packed in there I’ll choose not to sit there.
Food and coffees are always great. A loved one of the employees, I think his name is Washington, introduce me to my favorite seasonal flavored coffee when I wanted something completely different than what I normally get! Every time I went in after that he would tell somebody how to make it his way and they would!
9/10 times service is perfect. My most recent time there I wasn’t thrilled, I wasn’t quite sure the person was paying much attention to my order, I wasn’t asked what size I wanted so they just selected it and I didn’t realize until afterwards. I think the reason was because they were leaving for the day I noticed them walk out after my order. Seemed a bit understaffed for that day as well, which is very unusual. There’s typically plenty of staffers there. But one person was making all the coffees for both walk-ins, pick up orders, and the drive thru.
There are a couple of drawbacks.
The acoustics are really terrible (and when there’s teenagers in there it gets very loud so it’s a distraction if you’re wanting to work or have a meeting).
The tables are not usually clean (which is rather surprising).
Other than that, the staff is always friendly, location is ideal, and the coffee is always delicious. (And the bathroom, which is code-locked, is typically very clean as well!)

Mobile ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew, when I got to the window and the drink I was given had way too much cream in it, it looked like milk with ice. We asked if we could have it remade and Dee at the window rolled her eyes and turned away in disgust. They were irritated and remade the drink and gave it back with the lid half way off. This store is inconsistent with how they make drinks and depending on who’s working it’s not a good experience.

The morning staff is amazing! My drink is always perfect and they’re always very kind. I went this afternoon my drink was made wrong. The baristas who were fixing talked amongst each other and laughed while making my replacement drink. They were just going to slap cold foam on the drink they had already made. I had to tell them to make a new one. Then they made it exactly how they made the first one. Very thin and barely and cold foam. Also, she just sat it on the counter and didn’t say anything like how rude! I tried to call, but I couldn’t get through it saying that they’re busy, but I was literally just there and they’re not busy. This is the Starbucks I go to the most I literally spend around $400 a month here (don’t judge me lol) so this makes me pretty upset but I’ve summed it up to just don’t go in the afternoon or evening. If you live near downtown Willoughby, just go to the one on Reynolds in the pm. They usually do good all day. Also, Ben the manager is really nice and the staff is cool too.
