Thank you for this wonderful culinary discovery!
Went again in 2024 and it didn’t disappoint. Aman our host was so hospitable, and warm and the food was fantastic. We loved it.
My wife and I celebrated our 15th anniversary and it was a really special. At the end of our meal we were presented with dessert to celebrate.
The eggplant sabji was a hit and it is vegan.
Worth a mention is the toilet, it’s by far the cleanest and most beautiful toilets I’ve ever seen in a stand alone restaurant.
The service was excellent with super friendly and amiable staff.
But sadly the food left a lot to be desired.
The ‘Daal Makhani’ was hardly Makhani (read buttery), it felt like just boiled lentils spiced mildly. No hint of a tempering or any butter or cream.
The second round of Naan had raw and doughy breads.
The Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Tikkas had more colour than flavour ♂️
They forgot the most important accompaniment to any Tandoori dish, lemon wedges!!
The mint chutney appeared to look blue!! As opposed to Green! Wonder how they did that!
All in all I’d recommend giving this place a miss unless you’re one who’s satisfied with good service but below average food.
Trust me, if the service wasn’t good it would have been a very bad evening.
