This was my very first time going to Sushi Cuisine to try out some good sushi to eat. I went with my friend after hanging out at Em-Tea playing cards and drinking boba. My friend was kind enough to offer me her Miso soup even though she’s not a fan of Miso soup. The food was great and the service here is amazing! The employees here are friendly and welcoming and I gave them a good tip of $4.95 just because of the good vibes and all Would definitely come back again whenever I could!

This was my first time here. I will say it is my new favorite spot in the area for sushi. Very nice assortment of fresh sashimi. Beautiful and delicious rolls. They had a large variety that I have not seen in other locations. Absolutely wonderful experience. I will definitely be back, and would recommend.

Went for dinner with hubby and daughter since was craving for ramen and sushi. Ordered little too much but all the food was good and sushi was fresh and yummy. Pricewise not so bad for quality and taste, it’s worth it. Staff was nice and friendly

Overall a good experience. The food took a bit to order, but came out very quickly. Our orders came with soup, salad, and a bowl of steamed rice. Salad and soup are great, but the rice was quite bland. We ordered the Sushi Combo and Family Boat. The rolls were pretty good overall. The Escolar, which I’ve never seen before on a regular menu, was delicious, of the better cuts. Salmon was nice and buttery. Unfortunately tuna was bland and tasteless, like it clearly was frozen and defrosted multiple times. There is still good value, but the sashimi definitely could’ve been better quality.

Arrived on Friday night and the place was busy with a line out of the door. We decided to wait for a seat and it was absolutely worth it. The food was so good and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely be returning here.

The prices have gone up! The food is decent, but not really what I’ve had at other restaurants outside of Merced. This time I got the lion king roll and the dinner plate combo: shrimp tempura + chicken katsu with rice, miso soup, and side salad. The rolls aren’t that big, but I still think it’s pretty tasty and the plate came with more tempura than I expected! Overall, it satisfied my cravings.
