They only gave me one napkin with my order.And they don’t even have napkins available to the public.So you have to ask for assistance just to get napkins which I didn’t like.
In fact, while I was there, the line moved so slowly, due to the intentional understaffing, then I saw one guy get frustrated and walk out in disgust. Because he had stood there for like 4 or 5 minutes, and no one ever even acknowledged him.

Got to report this to the right place. Supposed they closed at 10:00 pm is 9:20 and door is lock person seating on dining room in her phone another one saw me and went to restroom two more inside the kitchen busy taking to each other. I wonder if MANAGER KNOWS THIS… or this is the way MANAGEMENT WORKS?

If i could give less I would but everything is 1 star cause they blatantly ignored me in the drive-thru. I got more answers from another random guy in the parking lot than the employee inside the building pretending like we weren’t there. Customer service not good, different employees. I do like there menu ,but they do forget to put jalapeños when I ask. Also… Lately we have to wait a few minutes for the order so we are asked to pull over please. .. 5-4-19 When on lunch time I ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich with fries in a small salad and n took longer because they didn’t have more employees to work. I heard a An employee was saying they didn’t have time to make a salad that was my salad. It was a small salad. You shouldn’t hear the employees complaining when they don’t have help. Check out my chicken sandwich?!? The end of the lettuce!?!

I’m so sick and tired of trying to get a hot quick breakfast after I take my kids to school. Only to keep getting dried out burnt biscuits. The receipt machine in drive thru been broke since last year so no proof of purchase. Never answer the phone to call in about complaints. This doesn’t make any sense. Bk used to be better than any fast food. But this location makes me question my own judgement. I had to eat my breakfast with no biscuits today. This not the first time. But will be last time. McDonald’s down the street. I don’t like them but at least the biscuit is soft everytime I venture over there

Very very disappointed. My burger was SO sloppy and I needed a napkin to wipe off the enormous amount of ketchup and mustard. The bun was hard on the top and bottom, but the insides were so soggy! I asked for regular ketchup and mustard… if this is their normal amount, I’ll be sure to specify minimal next time.
