I ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich add pickles. And I ordered a small root beer. I was hungry and in a rush. When I went to eat my sandwich, yes it had pickles on it. It did not have lettuce on it at all and I feel like it had the entire stock of mayonnaise and pickles on my sandwich. I had to go on Wendy’s website to confirm that the sandwich is supposed to come with lettuce. And yes, it comes with lettuce. I have not stopped any Wendy’s for many years and now I don’t think I’ll be returning to Wendy’s at all Wendy’s used to be a very good restaurant to go to with your family, but just like the other fast food chains their standards have dropped Drastically. He restaurants are no longer family friendly. It’s get in and get out type of atmosphere. It’s very sad that somebody can’t rely on a simple task as mayonnaise, lettuce chicken, and add pickles. Coming from somebody that worked at a competitive fast food chain for 20 years as a manager and took pride in how I took care of my customers.

Honestly they should’ve been ashamed of themselves to put this sandwich together. It’s a waste of time and money buying from these fast food restaurants, it’s as if they’re giving away the food and you’re not paying for them. The lettuce and tomato was as if they stood across the kitchen and threw it on the bun…(whatever landed on it u just get). If I wasn’t in a rush tonight I would’ve made my own burger/sandwich like I usually do. The service was good but this sandwich was lack luster! And I really love Wendy’s but ugh

It was genuinely so bad. My friends and I decided to go here for Halloween to grab some dinner. The register didn’t work so we had to order with the tablet things they have at the counter, which was fine because we could still order the food.
The food was ok eating it. I got a medium fry and my friends got burgers – it was fast food so not much to expect. Afterwards, however, we got food poisoning. It was genuinely one of the worst pains I’ve ever been in; I had a fever and I felt so sick I was doubled over in pain. My friends and I will 100% not be going here again.
I never write reviews on Google, but my experience was genuinely so bad that I felt the need to reach out.

Fries are way too salty, food overall was okay. The baconator had paper thin bacon on it, very disappointing. The bathrooms are gross and all the tables were dirty, not one was clean. My family and I do not plan to return.

Food is never consistent. I don’t go much but I can say the last 3 times I have been the fries were cold. Im the type of person that opens the bag and eats a fry as im driving away immediately after getting them so they should not be cold. I always use the drive through so maybe that’s why. They could be better if u order inside at the counte, im not sure. It’s happend so many times though that now the only time I go is when I get a craving for a frosty, which are always amazing.

dennis stop telling your order takers to stop taking orders when you get one order on the screen do the job you get paid to do and move your line. Everytime i come here at least 5 cars drive off and are waiting 20 mins do better learn how to operate a business or find a different job.

They really need to lose the awful rude character they had working at the drive thru at 3:45 today…I asked for straws because there were none in the bag and he was nasty and said there should have been some in the bag…well guess what captain obvious.. there weren’t any hence me asking for some..then pretty much threw the straws at me and slammed the window doors shut…
I have never experienced this level of awful customer at this Wendy’s…but sure will not be back until he’s gone. TERRIBLE!

Pulled up to order around 4:00pm. Waited easily 5+ minutes while the cars 2-3 cars ahead of me ordered. After placing my order, I come up to pay and was told to pull up so they could get my chicken sandwich ready. After seeing multiple cars get their orders and leave, I walk inside to see what’s going on and I’m told it will ready soon. I was already late to work. I didn’t have a minute to spare. I asked for my money back, and was met with a super rude manager and a bunch of excuses. If you can’t run your restaurant, maybe you shouldn’t have a managerial position. Simple as that. You could also inform people at the time they order that everything is moving slow.
