Got our order wrong and almost all of my curly fries were the bottom-of-the-bag bits and pieces. I couldn’t dip them in ketchup without getting it all over my fingers because they were just the short pieces and scraps.
Then an employee proceeded to mop all around our table. It was an hour before closing time and the opposite side of the restaurant was completely empty– they could have started mopping there instead. The smell of the chemicals was overwhelming and I could hardly finish my food. I even made several loud-ish comments like, “Wow, that is really strong” and “Their cleaning solution is so overpowering” but it didn’t make a difference. She kept mopping away, even banging the mop into our chair legs a couple times– to give you an idea of how closely they were mopping to our table.

Only complaint I have is the menu on door dash needs to be updated. I order the jalapeno poppers and the last few times I’ve ordered they been out but still showing on the menu. Just found out today by the door dash driver that they were discontinued at the beginning of the month but was still showing on the door dash menu

Went to Arby’s in boonville Missouri my order was not correct in fact they gave me food I didn’t order i called to complain and the lady said we all heard your order and it was made like you ordered. Im not happy with the service I got and had to wait almost 20 min n the drive thru.

Emily Gibson was amazing. She was taking orders, cooking, and running food to the drive thru orders. Everyone else looked to her for leadership. The manager that was there was worthless. He had no idea how to manage. He watched them struggle rather than pitch in to help. Place was dirty, out of roast beef, several sodas, milk, etc. I spoke with the manager and his response was “I don’t know what to do Not my fault.” Absolutely horrible experience except for the kindness Emily showed. She should be the manager with an incredible raise. A good manager would have seen only 1 roast put in the oven and planned ahead but instead he decided to not worry about it. However leadership starts at the top with the store manager. This kid hasn’t been taught how to be a leader so not totally his fault either.

Great experience. Ordered 12 sliders. They came out fresh, hot, and in a timely manner. Staff was very kind. We had host: D3063. We didn’t go in but the drive through was clean and efficient with a strong staff.

Sorry I even stopped here. The manager is as rude as it gets. I got this half cooked and slapped together mess for my money and the manager had a problem with me not being satisfied with this. He needs better training and the cashier needs his position. Customer service matters.

I typically like Arby’s but this Arby’s really was the best of everything. My parents even said the girl at the counter was unusually sincere and nice which was really great. All the food tasted wonderful exactly how it should. The fries were fresh none of the drinks were watery and the sandwiches were just right. The dining room was clean and comfortable. Great job staff keep it up
