I ordered 5 soft tacos, 5 chicken tacos, and 3 chicken only. And bill came out 43…and I was little surprised and asked if the order was correct. And confirmed that the order was correct. But when I got the receipt, it was all supreme… and asked if I could cancel and reorder.. but manager pointed to the counter, and there is a paper saying…’no refund’…wow..at worldwide franchise…so that was it..and manager was trying to tell me next time…at there i told him, there is no next time…

This place is dirty, the service is horrendous, and the food is unacceptable. If they don’t like their jobs, they shouldn’t take it out on the customers who are just trying to get some damn food. They should fire the entire Thursday night staff. Not welcoming, food sucked, and atmosphere was unfriendly. Just close the place down and renovate it along with the staff.

If you’re looking for Taco Bell, DO NOT COME HERE. They prioritize recently made KFC orders over someone who ordered Taco Bell HALF AN HOUR AGO. They also forgot my chips when I ordered. I don’t eat KFC but if I did, I would certainly have a higher rating BECAUSE THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT TACO BELL HERE. THEY DON’T EVEN SUPPORT THE APP EITHER.

Awful quality issues here. You expect some level of edible food even though it’s Taco Bell. Stale chips that smell bad. Everything fried there has a stink. Burrito tortillas are stale. Asked to substitute beef for beans when requested but everything in our order still had beef. The rice inside the burritos was not cooked. Had to throw away more than half our order.

The Cheetos KFC sandwich was an utter disappointment. Grossly misleading advertising, or this franchise just screwed up big time. Good service from Kyle, but the other dude was slow and couldn’t even be bothered to hand over a few ketchup packs.

This is a KFC & Taco Bell Combo Establishment. However when searching for Taco Bell on the app this location does not come up, you will get the New York locations a-crossed the bridge that are less than 4 miles away, but who in the heck wants to pay an $18 toll for Taco Bell? Not I! The lady at the register was super friendly & polite. I only ordered a Chicken Crunch Wrap, which was just okay, it’s seems like it missing something other than the chicken & the crunch. I seriously taste more lettuce than chicken, I’m halfway through and haven’t tasted chicken yet. Oh well that’s what I get for going the fast-food route
