hello brain
The people were wonderful in there working. The chicken sandwich and steak sandwich was delicious. Great food any time a day even though it’s for breakfast.

I live up north and every time I come South I got to eat at Bojangles. One of my favorite Southern restaurants. When I went to this one today for lunch I was very very disappointed. Many problems. First the guys were yelling and being quite obnoxious. I could hear them even when I was out there trying to eat my food. Just yelling being obnoxious. Two out of mountain dew. One of my favorite things about the restaurant is the fact that they still carry Pepsi products. Out of the mountain dew. Not happy at all. The french fries were lacking the seasoning, That is one of the main draws is their french fries with the seasoning and I can barely taste it. I asked for my food to be done in. They put it in a bag to go. Just the lack of courtesy, lack of professionalism. Lack of seasoning on the food left me with a very bad experience from these ones. And I still have not gotten my craving handled because their food was so bad. Hopefully this review will get to a manager and they can pick up the pace there cuz right now I can see them closing because who else is going to want to go to a restaurant that they got to listen to people hollering and yelling and lack of seasoning on their food.

WHEN I ARRIVED AT BOJANGLES THERE WAS NOBODY IN LINE. I PULLED UP TO THE SPEAKER AND WAITED 10 MINUTES BEFORE ASKING HOW MUCH LONGER IT WOULD BE, SHE THEN SAID GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER. I PLACED MY ORDER, CAJUN BISCUIT COMBO AND BACON, EGG, CHEESE COMBO. I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW AND PAID. SHE DIDN’T GIVE ME MY DRINKS THERE BUT ASKED ME TO PULL UP NEXT TO THE TRASH CAN. I SAID SURE. I WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINUTES BEFORE SHE CAME OUT AND SPOKE TO THE CAR THAT WAS WAITING BEHIND ME. I TOLD HER I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY DRINKS AT THE WINDOW. THEN SHE ASKED IF I RECEIVED MY FOOD, I SAID NO. SO AFTER ANOTHER 10 MINUTES SHE CAME OUT WITH BAGS AND SHE ASKED ME IF I HAD BOOBERRY BISCUITS, I TOLD HER NO, THEN SHE GAVE ME THE OTHER BAG. I TOLD HER I STILL DIDN’T HAVE MY DRINKS. THEN SHE SAID “YOU WILL HAVE TO COME INSIDE AND MAKE THEM”…I SAID ARE YOU SERIOUS??? SHE SAID YES, I WENT INSIDE AND ASKED HER FOR THE CUPS TO MAKE MY OWN DRINKS. I ASKED HER WHAT HER NAME WAS AND SHE SAID WHY..I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO REPORT HER…SHE SAID I’M NOT GIVING YOU MY NAME. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! WE GOT HOME AND RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER. WE RECEIVED A SAUSAGE AND BISCUIT AND A COUNTRY FRIED STEAK BISCUIT. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD THROUGH A DRIVE-THRU. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON HERE???? IF YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED, THEN SHUT IT DOWN. DO NOT LET CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE THIS!!!!

We anticipated the opening of this place for several months and were thoroughly disappointed in our first visit. The fried chicken was so burned that it smelled like smoke. I can tell that the grease they used to fry the chicken was burned and that is the only thing we could smell or taste. We each took one bite and that was enough to return the food for a refund. The chicken is basically the reason the place exists and they couldn’t even get that right. The manager (or whatever she was) was not very pleasant about the situation. After I told her the chicken was burnt The cashier turned to the manager and said, “the chicken”. Manager looked at her, nodded, and asked the cashier if we wanted a refund (as we stood 3 feet away from her) then she got my money out of the register and didn’t say two words. Seems like they do this a lot based on some of the other reviews. Too bad… It would explain why the place is practically empty just a month after they opened.

Food was good. Way better then KFC. Very crispy chicken. Came out fresh and hot. We had a group of 6 and food came out fast. Unfortunately there was not a table big enough for our family so we had to sit in 2 spots. If the seating area was more accommodating and comfortable I would have given 5 stars

I get my wife a sausage & biscuit from here a couple days per week! Can’t beat the Bo Berry Biscuits! ( though I’m watching my Sugar intake )

We waited in line 46 minutes for a sausage & biscuit!! If you plan to have a restaurant that serves food, hire people to work there. 2 people working there today…service was horrendous!! Can’t really fault the two people who did show up to work…Bojangles needs to do something…better pay? Over schedule the shift…I mean its Sunday a.m. I tried to go inside & order at the counter: 4 people were waiting to get their orders and I waited about 6 minute to place my order, went back outside and got on line for drive through…I saw 1 customer served at the window during that six minutes…

I hope others also post about their experience, a lot of people gave up & left, but after a certain point, it become the a do or die situation…

We went through the drive thru. Employees were very nice and apologetic for our long wait. However we did order a 20 piece meal. They gave us a free drink while waiting. Left out one of our sides but we still had fresh hot chicken when we arrived home. First time eating here. 7 out of 10. Definitely better than KFC nowadays.

On 2/14/24 @ 10:00 a.m., This Bojangles located in Hermitage on Lebanon Road has extremely poor management. I ordered several breakfast meals and unfortunately did not check the bag until I got home and realized my order was incomplete. I went back over to Bojangles to let them know that my order was incomplete and they completed my order. But I requested a courtesy for having to return and wait in the long lines again. The manager said she wasn’t giving me free food as if that’s what the courtesy is really supposed to be about. It’s about providing and maintaining customer service. For starters, I should not even have had to ask, but she was so rude in her delivery of letting me know she wasn’t giving me a courtesy. I am also going to reach out to corporate on this because you want people to represent your company in a better way than this particular manager. Her attitude is horrible despite my kindness to her. I chose not to argue with her, I just said, thank you, and went on my way and decided to write this review, and we will reach out to corporate

The first couple times the food & service were so good. However, when we visited on Sunday 12/10, everything changed. We pulled up, to go inside and the doors were locked. 2 kids were sitting in the dining room. I saw an employee peeking around the corner. There was another employee sitting in the parking lot smoking weed. Drove past the drive thru to leave and noticed someone had started placing an order on the screen, but there was no car at the speaker, so someone else left as well. Definitely will not be back to this location. So disappointing.

They get a one star not because of the food or staff but for management and lack of leadership. Every time I try and get breakfast they’re not open. I’m not talking about 5 am either. 8 o’clock on a Saturday and Sunday morning. This has been consistently happening the last six months. I don’t want to eat f’ing McDonalds and I don’t feel like driving all the way to Chick-fil-A. Get better management y’all!
