This new restaurant was AMAZING! The salsa, queso, guacamole, and warm fresh chips were so delicious! I got the quesabirria tacos and they were by far the BEST I’ve ever had! They are so giving with their portions, so much food! I also tried their margarita flight. The margaritas were so good and SO strong, I wasn’t able to drink them all. The staff were so nice and attentive. The restaurant was beautiful and so clean, had the most gorgeous art too! I definitely give this restaurant five stars. If you haven’t tried it, you need to ASAP! Will definitely be back for more!

Very good Mexican restaurant. Nice little place with really good food and staff. It was really busy and the staff was going non stop. I got the Enchiladas Plate with a beef and a chicken enchilada with a Crispy Beef Taco. Tried the Roja and Verde sauces as well on the enchiladas. The flavors were on point and the sauces had a nice kick. The meats were well seasoned and prepared. My wife got the Pollo la Parilla. The chicken was nicely season though a little over cooked, but being so thin and a busy as they were, that’s pretty good for being the worst thing about the night. The vegetables, rice and beans were very good especially the fresh tomatoes on the taco. Nice big juicy chunks were the perfect topping. Can’t say enough about our waitress, she was bouncing between a bunch of tables but never let our glasses get empty. That’s a sign of a great waitress. And she was that. We will return to try some other dishes. As you see on the menu, they have plenty of them.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, and awesome service. Hands down my new favorite for Mexican cuisine. Portioning, presentation, flavor, it’s got it all. The menu is loaded with awesome dishes for the entire family. Don’t pass on the banana burrito for dessert either, just make sure you add the ice cream.

I highly recommend Fuego Fresco! I had a margarita flight and caldo de pollo- everything tasted fresh and was delicious! The atmosphere was great, and the restaurant was clean. All the employees were friendly, and our server, Claudia, was sweet, fast, and attentive!

Susi is the one to ask for! Their salsa is on point and they have so many menu items we have to go back multiple times to get everything we want. Very clean and wonderful service. Complements to the chefs!

My wife and I tried this place recently and it was fantastic. We shared the molcajete and it was absolutely amazing — full of flavor and plenty for two people. The service was top-notch and very attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

I have visited Fuego Fresco 5 times. I have dined inside 3 times, 1 time outside, and ordered via the phone for pick up. Every single visit I have ordered something different. Every single visit I have had a different server. If you stayed this long (hahaha) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYTHING! The service has been top notch! Everyone is so sweet and personable, while providing amazing service. The drinks are FANTASTIC! You know how a lot of places use way too much sweet n sour mix in their margaritas and it gives you heartburn, you don’t have to worry about that here! Plus they offer tajin for the rim, which is my fave! Now the food… I have had the tacos dorados, huevos rancheros, normal crunchy tacos, taco salad, and birria tacos, with that being said EVERYTHING was so fresh tasting and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! That’s why I keep ordering different things because everything is so good I can’t pick a fave! I don’t normally leave reviews this long, but I just felt the need to because in today’s world its not very often you can visit a place 5 times in a row and have an absolute pleasant visit every time. Thank you!

Where do I start, local Latino Matriarch Norma Thomas and Co-Owner Lourdes Gutierrez have created the perfect Mexican Cuisine in the name of Fuego Fresco located 1009 Northside Drive Suite 100 Perry GA. 31069. My personal favorite are the Lunch Fajitas the perfect portions to include rice, refried beans, tortillas, chips, salsa and a water. The dinner portions are very generous and are super delicious. Another excellent dinner favorites are the Quesa Birrias. My favorite appetizers are the Street Corn topped with cotija cheese, mayo, and jajin. One of my wife’s favorite must haves are Tostadas De Ceviche. Let’s not forget the drink menu. The Margaritas are not only perfect they make the Fuego Fresco Margarita is to die for, made with 1800 Cucumber and Jalapeño Tequila, grapefruit juice soda and Jalapeño’s slices. They also have Mexican themed Mocktails like Sparkling Sangria, Conga and Noranjada. The list goes on Draft Mondale, Corona, Michelob Ultra and in bottle to BlueMoon, Miller Lite, and Dos Equis to name a few. So no matter if you are traveling down I-75 or a local that wants a change of scenery stop and meet the Fuego Fresco Family, you will not regret it. I almost forgot they have indoor&outdoors seating and TV’s to watch the Games.

Please Tell Norma,
Michael Daley sent you!!!!

We came late on a Saturday night with our whole archery team. We were seated promptly, and the service was so friendly and courteous. The food was outstanding. They really went above and beyond to make the evening a successful celebration for our kids.

The owner is an atrocity to restaurant owners everywhere. Lourdes, I believe was her name. I asked three times for a lemon and twice she brought me a lime, I asked for a Bacardi and Coke twice she brought me a crown and coke. We asked if they had hot sauce we were brought two, half oz of hot sauce and we were charged 99 cents for each. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and it was inedible to the point where I had to add seasonings and remove the shrimp that were warm inside it. We were charged 2.99 for the avocado that I had to mix with the shrimp in order to make the meal edible. The One Shining Star in the entire experience was was one server who cared enough to ask how our experience and food was. I apologize greatly for not getting this young lady’s name, but a big shout out to say “thank you” to her
She knows who exactly who she is. We will not be returning. For our two drinks and our shrimp cocktail avocado and hot sauce Libra charged $47. What a shame
