Where is the lettuce??? Oh wait, there it is. 3 whole pieces. Food is good, don’t get me wrong, but don’t expect nearly 1/4 of the amount of lettuce that should be on anything. Burgers, wraps, BLTs, anything. Order extra lettuce if you want a normal amount the lettuce, but they charge extra.

We were missing a burger, so we called and they brought it right out along with a free small fry. The burger was cold, and I paid to add bacon, and the picture shows the amount that was put on it. Definitely not worth paying for. The onion rings were all stuck together and the breading on it was still soft and completely raw. We rarely get fast food, and this is exactly why. It’s not worth almost $30 for 2 people to eat a cold, raw meal.

I was truly disappointed in the Chocolate shake I ordered from here today. The first one they brought me out barely had any Chocolate in it. Tasted like vanilla. I pushed the button they brought me out another one. It wasn’t any better. Still barely had Chocolate in it. I was really looking forward to a Chocolate shake today. But didn’t want to ask them to make it again. I definitely won’t order anymore Chocolate shakes from here again.

As a local, this is my personal favorite of all the Mexican restaurants in Eureka. The food is delicious, the place is so clean, and the staff is awesome. The prices are extremely friendly too.

Told them no jalapenos on my burrito, due to allergies and I got extra jalapenos. When they remade it I got a lesser value burrito. I ordered the everything burrito and when remade it was only eggs and a little sausage.

I had issues when I ordered from the jump. I ordered the southwest queso wrap w added jalapeños and onion. no tortilla strips. No onion, jalapeño or cheese. The chicken was hard as a rock and I could barely rip it apart in front of the manager who came out to see the issue. The chicken nuggets I ordered were RAW!!!!!
I also ordered a drink some fries and a pretzel the queso wrap and some chicken nuggets. I was given something completely different. I was given a soda when I ordered a slushy with some stuff added in. Maria. the manager apparently?? came out. She had regular clothes on and hair down To the point some of her black hair flew from the wind out and CAME INTO MY CAR. She smelled like marijuana so bad to the point it made me nauseous. I’m pretty sure she was under the influence in the moment as well.
When I asked her if my entire order could be remade. She said “no I cannot remake your order”
I asked her why she couldn’t and she said she was simply “to busy”. I told her that’s fine I would wait. She proceeded to raise her voice at me with the worst attitude and say my team is not going to remake it. Sorry. and then she walked away!!!! I left very mad. Hungry. Upset. I don’t even drink soda so I threw away the soda . I didn’t even get a cup of cheese to eat my pretzel. I couldn’t eat the wrap or the chicken I got either!! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m really disappointed that sonic would have someone like this working and MANAGING a store. I got no refund. no food and had a 2 hour drive home after not eating all day. absolutely ridiculous. This was pure laziness. Dirty. And NOT customer service friendly. I don’t understand how someone can even mess up this bad!!

This is my first time at the berryville sonic. Me and my friend ordered two things on the app we got there checked in. Sat there for an hour then I decided let’s walk up to the patio and see if the orders actually went through. They said they went through and then immediately brought it out to us. Our food was cold I get sonic always has a wait time but I had to go say something before they brought it out to us and it was cold. So I know it had to have been done for a while.

I had the worst experience at sonic the other day. I am a regular, everything is always usually fine. But this particular day, I went to get my usual order ( #1 plain with mozz sticks and a Dr Pepper)
Everything was wrong. I politely asked for the carhop to come back and correct my order. Maybe 20 minutes later! making me very late for my lunch break a manager finally came out. Her name was Maria. She took me off by the stench that was coming directly into my car. I thought that’s okay, she’s a fast food worker. But no, as she got closer to my window all I could smell was weed. Very heavily. She asked me what the problem was and I told her. She immediately caught an attitude with me and told me to get over it basically saying they were too busy to correct it and I was wrong. Then proceeded to laugh at me as another worker approached my car. I will never come back, it’s so upsetting because this was my go to for lunch.
