It’s been over 10 years since I last dined at Qdoba, but the new location at Reed’s Crossing has been such a pleasant surprise. Both times we visited, the service was quick and the staff were friendly. I can’t compare portion sizes to other reviews, but I was very happy with what we received, the food tasted great and the ingredients were fresh. Prices were reasonable, there’s plenty of parking, and the location is super convenient. If you’re craving a delicious burrito bowl, I definitely recommend giving this Qdoba a try!

I have been a fan and customer of Qdoba for years. I was excited to see a new location open up. However, I feel like it is not the same as other locations. The portions are at least 25% less than every other locations I go. There are some temperature quality control issues, such as the meat, beans, and rice are not warm enough to even melt my shredded cheese and the chips don’t always taste fresh, and the queso sometimes has burned spots in it. My last order, I didn’t even get 1/3 of a bag of chips and my salad was all soggy because they didn’t strain the beans first. I tried to call back to talk to someone, but it was pointless. There is a huge communication barrier. I have no problems with Spanish speaking people working anywhere, especially in Mexican food based restaurants. I understand it helps with Spanish speaking customers as well as they should be allowed to work too. However, there needs to at least always be someone working that can understand the customer’s requests, orders, answer questions, and help when there are concerns. I feel like if I complain and ask for an English speaking associate, it comes across as rude, disrespectful, and/or racist. However, I feel like good communication is essential in both food and customer service. If I have to point at everything and then try to adjust and correct misunderstandings, it is inefficient. I really liked the food and staff when they first opened, but feel like my last few visits have been a HUGE disappointment. I will just start going back to the locations that I haven’t had issues with before.

I had a great experience at Qdoba. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. You can really taste the quality in the ingredients — everything from the rice to the proteins and toppings felt fresh and well-prepared.
The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They worked efficiently, kept the line moving, and still took the time to be polite and attentive.
You can also tell the manager runs a tight ship. The restaurant was clean, organized, and everything seemed to operate smoothly. It’s clear there’s strong leadership behind the scenes. Overall, a solid experience . I’ll definitely be back.

Charged me extra for asking for some rice on the bowl. It wasn’t even a side of rice separately the extra scoop of rice on the bowl and they charged me extra. Not even chipotle would do that for rice. The manager is the one who charged us extra and didn’t want to refund us that charge while we were still there she ignored us instead. Never going back to that location. Portions were so small might as well have gotten a kids meal.

Super family friendly and the portions are incredible! Everyone greets you with a smile on their face. Management is very involved so it’s good to know they care about their costumers 🙂 Good quality food, best restaurant in reeds crossing!!!

Very disappointing experience. The rice was extremely dry, and I noticed utensils being washed with dish soap right next to uncovered food, which raised serious hygiene concerns.
The service was also poor. I clearly requested a specific chicken item, but the server was busy talking to colleagues and wasn’t paying attention. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, the wrong item was added. Although she apologized, the overall lack of attentiveness and care made the experience frustrating.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both food quality and service.

I order catering from this location and they were very friendly and helpful! I picked up the food and equipment from them and Pablo noticed that the lettuce was missing and drive it out to my location to give it to me. Great service will buy from again!

I came in Saturday afternoon and had a lovely experience while ordering. I spoke with a pleasant young man named Julian that helped me with my order. I was having a difficult time deciding but he was patient and helpful. I highly recommend this location! There is plenty of parking and it is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been in. Wonderful atmosphere and even better customer service!

MEH, I tried Qdoba for the fish time and honestly wasn’t impressed. We only had a couple of tacos and they were a little on the salty side and fairly standard….except for the price. They were pretty spendy for what they were. I can definetly get better tacos at some of the local taquerias at a much better price

Tried it out today and it’s great!
Free guac and queso on your items.
Staff were friendly and welcoming!
Love that there are so many salsa and cheese options for my salad.
Biggest complaint? No straws.
Will be back!
