Zaxby’s is easily one of my top favorite fast-food spots! Their Zalads are always fresh and flavorful, but my go-to order has to be the 5-piece Boneless Wings Meal or the Great 8 Meal with Tongue Torch sauce. I’ve tried many of their other sauces and flavors, but that one is just phenomenal.
Recently, I got a birthday reward through the Zaxby’s app for a free treat and chose the fried cheesecake bites and they were absolutely delicious!
The location I visit is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the dining area has a nice open layout that makes it comfortable to eat in. I also love that they have the Coke Freestyle Machine, so there are tons of drink options to choose from.
Zaxby’s never disappoints. Great food, great service, and great vibes every time!

Just moved here from the West Coast. First time ever to visit a Zaxby’s. We were greeted by a great young lady (Yezerel[sp?]) who was so helpful and patient with us. Wife and I had the traditional sandwich with sweet and spicy sauce along with 5 fingerz reward for newcomers. Arguably the best chicken sandwich EVER!! Looking forward to many happy returns!!!

They definitely can’t keep up with, pick up, drive thru and eat in, absolutely ridiculous wait time. Good food, but tired of waiting 10- 20 minutes on drive thru. Same when we go inside. Be ready to wait when and cross your fingers you get the correct order…

So I was wanting to try the Zaxbys by my house, and got the worst service. I knew they closed at 10 but didn’t know inside closed at 9 so as I’m about to pull the handle to walk in a guy comes and locks the door in my face and turns around walks away. I ordered my food online at 9:04 and get in the drive thru and ordered a regular fry I get that first and my boneless wings they said we’re making fresh but didn’t know they would take like 18 minutes to cook. As we go to leave I open my fries and there is literally 5 French fries the whole bottom of the box was showing. Wings were good but not 20 minutes good and fries weee decent what little I had of them. That was after I took one out(not the best pic) but I’ll never go back

I downloaded this app the other day when we seen a commercial about their artisan salad. My mom said this salad looks really good so we decided to go there today and I got my free Zach’s meal for my first time use of the app. Later I’m going to do the survey or I can get another free meal what a deal.

It was horrible. If I could put negative numbers, I would. Place run by college age kids who don’t give a flip. My dogs had trouble eating a 10.00 meal. Sad I liked them. They offered me free stuff to come back. Don’t want my dogs to have to eat more.

This isn’t the first, second or 4th time it’s like the 8th I’ve had this happen at this location. The salad is visibly bad look at the lettuce and cucumbers which i ask them ahead of time if its fresh. The chicken is not cooked food hazard and to top it off they took toppings off a blue cheese salad while leaving the extra blue cheese in the salad
As someone who worked in hospitality for along time i will allow alot but everytime its worse than the last visit its my fault for not speaking up before. Anyone with food allergies is at risk or anyone who doesn’t enjoy old food. The manager wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem to see an issue with the food you prepare for people which tells me she is probably allowing this to continue and made me feel like its no an inconvenience to her. It’s not okay and very upsetting bc they’re over priced to begin with and i tip everytime. So upsetting and very unprofessional cook the chicken make a fresh salad DONT POISON YOUR CUSTOMERS that you see regularly.
