I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we walked in, the place was empty—my party was the only group in the entire restaurant. While this might usually mean attentive service, the reality was quite the opposite.
The service was disappointingly poor. Despite having no other customers to attend to, the staff seemed inattentive and disinterested. It took an unreasonably long time (46 minutes) to place our order, and when our food finally arrived, it was not prepared correctly. I had to send three meals back (out of 5), which is always awkward, especially when there are no distractions or a busy atmosphere to explain the mistake.
To make matters worse, the bartender was unable to make a basic Bloody Mary. For a restaurant, even one that isn’t primarily a bar, this is a basic cocktail that should be standard fare.
Overall, the lack of other customers did not translate to better service or food quality—in fact, it highlighted just how poorly the place is run. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. There are plenty of other places in town that value their guests and know how to deliver both good service, a proper cocktail, and don’t talk about patrons rudely in Spanish as if they don’t understand what is being said.

El Paris has a large menu of selections. I particularly liked their chori pollo. For those with a “timid” palate, their salsa is very mild but also flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentive. A good experience.

If this place was near home, I would eat here every day. I got a simple burrito and an enchilada and it was fantastic! The sauces… I ended up using tortilla chips to scrape up and devour every last drop that I could get. So freaking good! The staff was very attentive and the food seemed to come out right after we placed the order. Upbeat atmosphere. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.
