Our server, Cosimo, truly elevated our dining experience. Having known him for several years, it was a delight to see him again, and his recommendations exceeded our expectations. His attentive and knowledgeable service made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our meal.

This place was 10/10 for sure! The service was very attentive and personable. The atmosphere was very fun and comfortable. The food… literally amazing ! Portions were perfect for the price, not too much but just enough so you weren’t super full. The burrata and mango special appetizer was so yummy and different! Their pastas are all homemade! Must try their desserts! The pistachio cheesecake was ridiculously good. I’m from north Jersey, and i drove over an hour to try this place, was definitely worth it! The owner John was so nice and introduced himself also! Would recommend to all my friends and family! Will be back for sure !

This Italian restaurant is Michelin worthy but with down to earth prices. BYOB makes costs even more reasonable. The food is delicious and innovative. The atmosphere is comfortable and stylish. Chef John comes out to greet and welcome guests and offer helpful descriptions and suggestions. There are many specials and he changes the menu regularly to keep things interesting and new. Pasta is made fresh on site and everything the four of us ordered was outstanding. This is an extraordinary place and was a real hidden gem kind of find.

I highly recommend the spinach lasagna to anyone who wants something really good. New Years price fixe was nice, and had their branzino with risotto with mushrooms. The gnocchi was really tasty and earthy. Loved the lobster bisque. Always have to get the Pistachio Creme Brûlée when I come. That PCB is a signature dish you must have.

Dolce Fantasia is hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to in ages. It’s not just about the food (though trust me, the food is incredible), it’s about how the whole place makes you feel. You walk in and it doesn’t feel like a restaurant it feels like you’ve been invited over to a friend’s family dinner. The staff is warm and attentive, and Chef John, the owner, goes out of his way to check in with everyone. He even gave us a couple of recommendations, and I’m so glad we listened.
The pasta was absolutely perfect and fresh, homemade, and full of flavour. My plate of lasagna was so good I was tempted to lick it clean. My partner got the pepper burrata and we ended up trading bites because neither of us could stop saying “you have to try this.”
Dolce has that rare mix of amazing food, genuine hospitality, and a relaxed family atmosphere that makes you want to come back the next week. Easily a new favorite spot for us.

We visited for a brief lunch stop yesterday and were pleasantly surprised by the experience.
The service was exceptionally attentive warm, welcoming, and remarkably efficient. Our meals arrived within minutes of ordering, yet nothing felt rushed or careless. It was one of those rare moments where speed and quality seemed to coexist effortlessly.
Fresh water was consistently replenished without needing to ask, and staff regularly checked in with just the right level of attention never intrusive, always considerate.
Altogether, a thoroughly enjoyable and well-executed dining experience.

This place did not disappoint! We loved it so much, we will probably come back tomorrow! We ordered a little bit of everything and loved it all. Highlights were the Branzino, the ravioli special, the chicken meatballs and the pistachio cheesecake.
The ambience was perfect for a fun Friday night. We found the decor super eye catching and vibrant. Our server Lori was the best! She was very attentive, sweet and all of recommendations were pitch perfect. Thank you for the great service, Lori!
And best part, it’s BYOB! I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Dolce Fantasia really impressed me.
The place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and Chef John (the owner) made us feel more like guests than customers. The food is just honest, classic Italian done really well, you can taste the quality.
And don’t skip dessert! So good.
Definitely coming back. If you want great food in a place that feels like home, this is it.

I made a reservation for 8pm Saturday via phone call where they took my name and # down. However, we arrived they had no record. They sat us inside anyway, to a table where there was a chair with a stack of menus that took about 5 minutes for them to remove. When the food arrived, the shrimp was EXTREMELY overcooked, it was like chewing on an eraser. Some muscle was VERY fishy, there were some good and some bad muscle, I don’t know if some old were mixed with fresh. The overall quality of the ingredients were amazing and the noodles and sauce were delicious. Unlike some other negative reviews I think the proportions are perfect. The waitresses were stressed out and running around so I don’t blame them but they took our water glass and didn’t come back with it until we flagged one down and asked, she apologized. Hire more servers and train the cooks better. For an almost $80 meal it was severely underwhelming. The servers were kind and doing their best, we just wish we didn’t have to keep going out of our way to receive basic service.
