My partner and I ordered online. We obviously ordered and paid through the app. When we arrived, were told the computer hadn’t synced yet and we’d need to come back a bit later. When we returned 15 minutes later, they’d given our order away… because when the customer was asked, “are you so-and-so?” They said yes, were handed our order. Staff member refused to refund, refused to give the food, and wouldn’t apologize. Pretty shameful.

Have not been here in ages and now I know why. Ordered 2 of the Big Bacon Classic meals, $24.89 total, I was like whoa, but we were in a rush. Then we got our bags of food and sat down and the disappointment was even more so. For $12.44 a meal it was ludicrous. Saddest burger I have had in a while and fries were not fresh by any means like they boast. I can get a sit down burger that’s 100% better in every way for $2 more. Won’t be back to a Wendy’s .

I ordered online through my app. Pulled up to the window and was asked to pull up. I waited got my food and checked to see if everything was there. We were good, then brought it home. The food was sloppy, fries were cold, my wife and I cut a burger in half took 1 bite and spit it out. The chicken nuggets made my stomach sick. Will never go back to this location again.

Do you love the chocolatety and minty taste of the Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies? Then you gotta get the Wendy’s Girl Scout Thin Mint Frosty and pin! We tried some today and it was awesomely delicious! Tastes like real GS Thin Mint cookies blended with vanilla ice cream – wow! And that little green Frosty pin? Super duper cute!

This place never fails to get our order right despite lots of picky people ordering things specially. I don’t even check our bag anymore. The employees are always super friendly, too. If they have a bad day, you certainly can’t tell. Hats off to the whole crew!

I went in just to use the bathroom. There was no lock on the door. My husband got the finger in the parking lot just for existing. I don’t think this is a good neighborhood. I appreciate the relatively clean restroom but why isn’t there a latch on the stall?

Okay, major shout-out to Wendy’s Shoreview lunch crew. Gave special instructions to my order and they still had it bagged for me when igit to pay window. And look at this burger. Is that not perfect?! Just because you only spend $5 doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get a good burger. Keep it up guys! MUCH appreciated
