Bottom line up front- excellent burgers, great service, a little pricey but would still recommend.
Had lunch with a couple friends here at Brewhouse Grill, it was the first time eating here for all three of us.
We all ordered different burgers and sides. All together we had the classic smash, pastrami smash, spicy bacon smash, tots, pastrami fries and truffle fries. The burgers are big, flavorful and filling with generous toppings. The fries and tots are good, and the woman at the register was very friendly and helpful.
The inside seating is a little small and cramped, but there’s outdoor seating available as well.
Before you order, do you think to yourself- why has it comes to this point where I’m paying $20 for 1 burger and fries?? But, it’s definitely the best burger I’ve had in a while, and would come back for lunch next time I’m in the area.
Would recommend, would return.

A smashing good time. The entrance is clean and inviting. Being able to order and seat ourselves is so nice. The atmospere is light with Olympia Beer and Tumwater Brewing decor. The menu is easy to read with plenty to choose from. I like teryaki style burgers. So I went with the Maui Wowie Smash. Glad I could pick a salad as a side.
The portions were good, very good flavor. I just had no onions.
I would come back, no line, prompt service.

THE BEST FRIES! Crispy and sprinkled with magic dust, I loved them! Smashburger deluxe was delicious. Bun had a perfect little grilled crusty outside, bacon was thick cut and sweet. Absolutely will go back again! Friendly service. Forgot pics until halfway through but there were LOTS of fries in the box!

My wife and I ate here along with some friends. The food was good. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it’s the best I’ve found in the west coast. My wife had the shrimp po boy, she said it was good though the shrimp was a bit lacking. Our friends had one if their burgers (forgot which ones) and they said they were really good. The tots were nice and crispy and the truffle fries were amazing! I would highly recommend this place food anyone wanting a good burger or sandwich.

Saw this awhile back when they were finishing construction. Finally was able to stop through. Good parking for the season. Expect it to be hard to find parking come nicer weather. Atmosphere is on point. Neat little patio area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered the shrimp poboy w/truffle tots for myself and the kid got the western smash. The poboy was pretty good. Soft bread and the breaded shrimp was a pretty good texture combo. Dressed really well, didn’t make an absolute mess like most do. Will definitely be back to try more menu items.

My Daughter and I came here for lunch and The service and burgers definitely did NOT let us down.. The burgers are Huge and made with a sourdough bun, the tots are gluten free and deliciously crunchy..

Excellent addition to have in Tumwater! Food was amazing. Went in about 1pm on a Monday and it was pretty busy so yes, there was a decent amount of wait for food. BUT, it was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The quality was for sure there. Well worth waiting for. If you want fast food, head over to McDonalds.

Smaller place but has a good vibe, nice music in the background. Nice crisp fries, great bacon. Kalama Sourdough Bakery buns and Stewarts beef were a GREAT bonus. Important stuff.

Outstanding new place to grab some food in Tumwater, they just opened this week and the food was amazing. The service was fantastic they were very on top of things and quick to get the food to us, which was so good! Fresh ingredients and you can tell they put a lot of time into perfecting their recipes, on top of that the portion was exactly what you would except for what you are paying. Can’t recommend this place enough will be back for lunch again real soon!

My wife ordered the the Philly cheese and said it was amazing along with substitute of the brewhouse fries which were great!! I got the Classic smash with substitute truffle tots.. Well I paid for truffle tots but they gave me regular and I’m not quite sure why but my burger smelled like fish, it didn’t taste funky it was just strange. The prices on the Website does not match the actual price, For instance the Philly on Website say 19.50 when I got there to pick up it was actually 25.50 before any substitute..
