The manager at the one at Mid Rivers is absolutely wonderful. Connor and Morgan at the window have the best personalities and I enjoy every moment without trying to destroy their drive through time and talking with them they are amazing and food is prepared correctly the manager that runs that location Highway 70 is very sweet and not bad looking either LOL just kidding Mr M keep doing and running and amazing store.

A TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT!
As a frequent Arby’s patron, I decided to try a Jamocha shake for the first time.
What a true disappointment!
According to the Arby’s menu, a Jamocha shake is:
“The flavors of chocolate and coffee were made to go together. And humans were made to drink milkshakes. We took these two undeniable truths and created our famous Jamocha Shake. It’s a frosty, chocolate-y, coffee-y treat.”
What is received was neither the flavor of chocolate or of coffee, nor did it resemble the photo on the menu.
What I received was a shake with a single note flavor of sweet only- zero flavor as described, not even vanilla flavored. I should have been tipped off that something was wrong immediately by the appearance of what I was given.
Unlike on the menu, my item was pale- no colors resembling chocolate or coffee whatsoever.
At first I thought perhaps it was just not mixed thoroughly, but no, as I continued to search for flavor, there was none to be found- just a flat sweet flavor.
If the location was out of the Jamocha flavor mix, they should have informed me of that and I would have gladly ordered something else.
Whatever I was served, was NOT a Jamocha shake.
I could not even finish it.
I unfortunately had to throw it away.

I used the drive thru at this Arby’s the intercom was very low in volume the employee had to ask several times the same question as he could not hear me either ..the employees at this location were not very desirable to do business with. food was good and presentable I will not return to this location due to the service and interaction with the employees.. 4pm staff needs lessons in hospitality!

Trying something new stop by this spot in the drive through and yes the customer service was great asked a question about a item on the menu and got a a straight forward answer the food was hot and fries seasoned just right tried the gyro and it was delicious

Placed my order online because it cuts out human error when placing the order. Go to get the food. The beef and cheddar no red ranch COVERED in red ranch. The ham and Swiss… some scraps of dried out ham barely enough to make a sandwhich. Just forgot the cheddar cheese cup. Curly fries just thrown in the bad and spilled out. Orange fanta is a sprite thats running out. Girls at the window wantwd to argue about payment.. I PAID THROUGH THE APP. called to get their corporate number and store number manager starts apologizing and says he can replace the order. That is not what I asked for WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT MORE OF THIS FOOD AND SERVICE. sets the phone down to go get this information I asked for and never comes back. Do not eat here. Take the extra few minutes to go anywhere else. I placed my own order for a reason ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS READ AND PUT FOOD IN A BAG. I worked at arbys for 2 years in college I know its not rocket science. Just shows the complete disregard they have for their customers.

The cashier was pleasant but the other worker was rude when I ask her to remake my sandwich because she put onion and it I don’t like the tase and I don’t do onion I did request no onion or tomatoes service was just not acceptable will not be returning to this Arby’s

As far as fast food goes these days. It was great. I overall dont agree with all pricing these days. But if i was going to spend $20-30 for my wife and i to get 2 large meals and a side snack item. I’ll come back here before most other places. Good food. Quick service. Just didnt like the price. But that’s not solely on them.

Food is always great and inside or out the service is prompt and correct. It’s easy to get and go being off the main road as well. Plenty of parking so no worries on a spot.
