I would venture to say that 9/10 timesI have had a very good experience at BK. The only time is wasn’t a 10 was when the Coke machine was down. Other than that: Food is always good – Service is always good and atmosphere always good. Very consistent from one BK to another – unlike, other chains that are individually owned and operated. Thank you going the extra mile for your customers.

Just a trucker passing through, I’ve bought food multiple places and this is the first time in a long time that I’ve stopped somewhere and the attitude and level of respect i relieved from the staff was genuine and not just a part of their job requirement.
I was served by David, very respectful gentleman, he made sure my food was fresh went above and beyond with the service the service provided.

One of the managers here is the laziest most rude people I’ve ever met in the fast food business. She seemed to get better for a couple days and now here we are. She made me sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes after she said she will be with me when she can, and never took my order so eventually I just left. Immediately when I did she started taking everyone else’s orders that was in the line behind me… worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had because of this woman who never knows how to do her job. I really wish this establishment would do something about her ridiculous behavior and until they do I can gladly say they have lost my business.

Stood at front counter on my lunch break for 15 minutes. No one came to take my order. They were sure to fill the door dash orders though and kept taking drive thru orders. One girl in the back went out to smoke a cigarette. 3 people including me left to go eat somewhere else. People who work here spend more time smoking than they do serving.

We went in for a late lunch and after leaving us standing at the counter for almost ten mins, which I told them dont worry about because they were busy in the drive thru, my boyfriend and I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one plain with cheese one only cheese and mayo and 2 medium fries and a frozen drink and a soda, after getting our food to the table I realized that both sandwiches were incorrect. I took them back to the counter and and politely told them what was wrong and told them no biggie just to fix them. Once again picked them up and one was wrong again. At this point I told the worker EFFIE if they would just give me some cheese and mayo ill put it on myself. Her exact response as rude as she could be was “NO THEY CAN TAKE IT BACK THERE AND MAKE IT RIGHT, BUT IF YOU WOULD HAVE SAID THIS WHEN YOU ORDERED IT WE WOULDN’T BE HAVING THIS ISSUE NOW WOULD WE!” MY RESPONSE ACTUALLY THIS IS THE THIRD TIME IVE ORDERED THESE SANDWHICHES

I i ordered a sweet tea.
Online online being not knowing that the ice machine was not working. The woman at the window when I went to pick it up was the most rudest obnoxious woman I have ever run into in my life, i asked her to remove the sweet tea from my order because of no ice and didn’t want a hot drink. She told me that because the order had been ordered online. She couldn’t do anything and almost through the drink at me. I will not put up with, this kind of rudeness. I will use one of the other fast foods in town from now on. Even though I love the Whopper.

Don’t eat here! We came into eat around 4 PM. My hubby commented that the whopper was dry, like it had been sitting around a while. I felt sick after eating mine. I started running a fever and was sick another day. By the 3rd day i was vomitting for about an hour and a half. Horrible food poisoning. I do not recommed this restaurant. It was dirty too. Poor service as well. When i reported it to corporate headquarters i was told, tough luck, because it was over a week when i reported it. I was traveling and no computer access.
