Terrible customer service. Guy over the drive through wouldn’t get my order right and gives me an attitude. (White male with black glasses, was sitting) I get to the window, the girl didn’t greet me just handed the Apple Pay holding it by the cord to avoid eye contact. There was a long wait for my order. Not surprised if they spit in it as they were looking at me and laughing. She then opened the window and didn’t say a word. As she was closing the window I said: are you going to say anything? She said are you going to allow me? Those were the only words to me then slam shut the window. 2/11/26 Corina 3:52pm. BK educate your employees on how to speak with customers. Or send them in the back to flip burgers. She had an attitude before even talking to me. Her does not help your business. Haven’t had BK in a year, now I’m definitely not going back.

Not a huge fast food customer but one of my kiddos loves a croissanwhich so we stopped at this location and the staff member we interacted with was great. They were friendly snd super quick, including asking if we needed any extra condiments.

This is a sum up of two separate occasions – 1st incident my fiance and I pulled up the the speaker talking and laughing amongst each other, nothing pertaining to Burger King, and the big boy – hes on taller side and quite overweight finally comes through and asks what we said as if it was pertaining to him personally and my fiance actually had to say, “no I was talking to my fiance”. That person reeks of insecurity. Every time we’ve pulled up to the speaker at Burger King its like dont you dare talk just in case mr insecure is working today. And when I actually see him all I can see is a very insecure individual. Incredibly PATHETIC. 2nd incident bit into my sloppy burger, whatever its sloppy maybe they were in a rush, towards end of my sloppy burger I bit into something off tasting. I stopped eating my burger but was kind of too late. Ive had diarrhea half the morning. Started around 200AMish and it is 6:38AM. Its not straight diarrhea for all those hours in a row. It’s I think I’m done and go to go lay back down and fall asleep then Im up again! Whatever was on that Burger – not good. But my body has emptied out so much over the last few hrs, my stomach feels so empty that I think I just might start a diet plus Im off work today so im go back to bed now.

Extremely poor experience today. I waited far too long for my order, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold and tasted old. The customer service was non-existent. Very disappointed in the quality here.

Worst food ever I ordered two chicken sandwiches, chicken fries, fries, and nuggets. Everything taste sour. I threw the whole thing in the trash nasty chicken sandwich If I lived close, I could came back and get my money and leave the food for who ever made it . Worst service ever horrible employees.
