Went thru the drive thru, simple order, the drive thru girl was rude, and ZERO manners. She dropped my bag on the floor, and went to pick it up, and I told her I don’t want that one. It fell on the floor. She had an attitude, never apologized, never said will make you a new burger. She just shut the window. So rude & nasty, if I could rate this pace a ZERO I would. So I waited for the second burger, ,when finished she just opened the door and handed it to me. Never said thank you for waiting, thank you for your patience. Nothing. What a rude, ugly person. I called the manager and spoke to the manager, she could care less. She acted like I was bothering her. Don’t go to this Burger King ever! Go to Wendy’s right down the road. The food is amazing. The staff is wonderful.

I have frequented this Burger King quite often, excellent service, in the morning, the manager has even come out to the booths to serve coffee to us older patrons. My brother and I have gone through the drive through and the lady taking our order had us both laughing so hard with her humor, very pleasant experience! Service and orders have always been spot on!

Ordered the new crispy onion whopper and when I got home no crispies! I tried to call to let them know and kept getting the voicemail over and over! To spend $30 and not get things on your burger that YOU advertise and not just a special request is uncalled for! And we won’t talk about my cold onion rings….

Got our entire order wrong. Unfortunately, didn’t notice until we got home. Went back and went inside this time to get a refund. Not only did she not apologize but as she walked away, she said “I hate white people” I’m pretty sure this was the manager. The whole thing was so ridiculous. Avoid this place.

Went for the first time in a long time. Used the kiosk to order a whopper jr. The staff can’t even get that right. I ordered it without lettuce, or tomato, and added jalapeños. Well, I got lettuce and no jalapeños. If you order from a kiosk, then I’m thinking the staff can’t read so why employ them. The noise level, no one was in the building eating. I should have taken that as a sign. NOT GOING BACK. HORRIBLE!

I understand working a customer facing job can be frustrating but you still need to be kind to your customers, a sauce request at the window should not be burdensome…..drive thru AM workers are so mean and nasty…for NO reason.
