They literally just made us back up at drive thru to reset their timer. Either give them reasonable times or make them give us our food in time. Management needs to know they’re gaming your policies.

I went through the drive through, most arbys give as little of their products as possible, but this Arby’s actually put the cheddar cheese I paid for on the sandwich. I worked fastfood a long time. I understand about quality control and bonuses. And this manager understands happy customers return, improving the product , guarantees returns. Happy people spend more money. So we stood in line for 10 minutes waiting on our order to be took. The woman was running back and forth and serving food with her bare hands and no hair net. If I need to specify the name I will. She was touching the food barehanded. This place should be shut down immediately. The bacon on my wife’s Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich was cold and the lettuce was old and turning brown!

Worst experience today. I placed a mobile order to be picked up between 11:40 and 11:50. I picked up at 11:47. My milkshake was melted and my food was cold. Wrong sauce in the bag. Doubt I’ll be back.

The last time I will go to the Arby’s at the Albertville location I have had so many bad experiences but I thought I would give it one more try since they were giving me $5 off of my entire order I placed a mobile order when I got there the drink was wrong they weren’t willing to fix it and then the drink that they give me tasted like pure carbon water My food was cold otherwise the order was right The only good thing that I can say is the girl at the window was very nice

After no response from prior issue, we mistakenly gave Arby’s another chance. This time, the roast beef sandwich was well under cooked, thrown together and falling apart, and the box had bloody juice in it. And to top it off all of the sauce packets were covered in old dry sauce. Come on Arby’s, you can do better than this. Such a waste of time and money.

This was more of an effort to get take out. Because I arrived about 12:20, and sat by the monitor silently for four minutes or so. No “hold on a minute”. No “welcome to Arby’s”. So I left. Which really bummed me out bc I like the food.
