Tonight we had our 43rd wedding anniversary dinner at Fleming’s in Knoxville. Hedi our server was just out of this world. The food the best we’ve had since the St Regis in Rome. Truly a World Class experience, highly recommend!

We went for our 33rd wedding anniversary dinner and everyone and everything was fantastic!
Cute card and confetti on table and finished up meal with delicious orange truffles! Yum!
Big portions and all of the food was an all at good temp (cold wedge salad and nice warm juicy steak)!

This review takes into consideration price, which elevates one’s expectations. The ambiance was as expected and very much enjoyed. We ordered ribeye and filet mignons at our table of 4. All the steaks were slightly undercooked from our preference (medium was really medium rare and medium rare was closer to rare. I do understand this because if the steaks needed to go back, they can always cook them a bit more, so better to error on the side of being under. Where improvement could be made is in the seasoning department. I get that they’re cooking for the masses, but the steaks really needed to be more flavorful. The salads we all ordered were underwhelming, more on par with Texas Roadhouse (which is actually amazing) than a pricey steakhouse. The side dishes are what shined, the Fleming’s potatoes and brussel sprouts being the stars. The fully loaded baked potatoes are huge, but lacked enough “loading” where I had to request more fixings. One would think, for the price, they’d come over with the tray if fixings and allow the customer to add what that desired instead of the kitchen doing it. The cocktails were actually phenomenal, so kudos to the bartender. The service was impeccable, absolutely top-notch. All in all, a pleasant experience for a special occasion, but nothing that was over the top memorable.

I usually don’t make reviews but I’ll admit this was a top tier restaurant. My wife order the filet mignon and I ordered the Australian wagyu, both cooked amazing. The calamari was perfect and sides were also amazing.

However, I did order the colossal shrimp and was disappointed at the size and how dry they were for 30 dollars. Overall the food and atmosphere were great. It has sort of a “Hell’s Kitchen” vibe, but be prepared to spend no less than 200 depending on what you order.

My wife and I stopped in for a Valentines Day weekend dinner and were plesently blown away. The Appetizer, Salad, Steak, Stuffed Lobster, Sea Bass and desert were all some of the best we can recall. Our server was pleasant, answered all our many questions and our food came out quickly even though the restaurant was very busy. We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu!

I had a reservation for My Birthday, they had a Birthday card with confetti on the table signed by staff. Very thoughtful gesture and I appreciated it. Calamari, Old-fashion, Margarita, Steak, shrimp, truffle mashed potatoes and salads were prepared well. Steak and shrimp needed to be seasoned. They ended our visit with a Happy Birthday plate, candle and chocolate, sweet!

Went for the first time (and only time) on Christmas Eve. 6:30 reservation. Finally served dinner at 8:00. Took 30 minutes to even get Sangrias. The server was very nice and helpful. Tables seemed packed in tight and the noise level was so loud that I had to get next to my wife’s mouth when she spoke just to understand what she said. Like I said, wait time for food was crazy. If the kitchen can’t get food out fast enough, seat less tables. Quality is better than quantity. Flemings Potatoes may taste good, but my wife got sick to her stomach after eating them. Filet Mignon and Lobster tail was great. We also had Asparagus and I would say the bottom third of the stalks were not soft. Maybe that’s my preference, but I do enjoy soft Asparagus. All in all for $382 out the door, we will be in search of another decent restaurant to try out.

This was such an easy 5-star review! We visited Flemings after making an open table reservation to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. The atmosphere was cozy (a little chilly in the restaurant of I’m being completely honest, so make sure to grab a sweater to layer up). We had the best steak we have had in a very long time and that includes steaks in large cities known for steaks. They were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was delicious. Truly awesome. The French onion soup was the best I’ve ever had. Very flavorful and well worth adding to an entree. Truly a wonderful and delicious meal. The wait staff was friendly and prompt.

The prices are not cheap. But we were pleased to see that we walked away feeling it was well worth what we paid for the experience alone. Outstanding evening. Thank you Flemings for making our 40th Anniversary special!
