Reviews
The dishes — celery with tofu, twice-cooked pork, dry pot intestines, and spicy pig feet — were all poorly made. The food was mostly over-fried, flavorless, and even served cold inside.
The hygiene also seemed questionable, and honestly, this is not authentic food from my hometown.
We spent over $80 for two people and ended up with stomach issues afterward.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but people deserve to know the truth before visiting.
Good and tasty selections, cooked well and plated nice and pretty. You can request to tone down the spiciness of the food to your liking.
The service started off a little dry, but quickly turned into a warm, pleasant and even funny experience that matched the authenticity of the food. To top it all off, the complementary sesame balls served with tea in authentic China-wear were the perfect sweet ending. I couldn’t resist coming back the very next day, this time bringing new friends to share in the experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving true Szechuan flavors!
We went there as a large group (over 10 people). Some can take spicy dishes while some cannot. We ordered a bunch of dishes with various styples:
steamed pork ribs
Braised sliced pork with Preserved Mustard
Mapo Tofu
Pickled vegetable with fish fillet soup
毛血旺
口水鸡
sesame balls
The food is really authentic and also the price is reasonable. We will definitely come back!
We found this new-ish gem. Opened 3 months ago. Friendly staff, great service. We loved that the menu it had pictures. Beautiful presentation on the menu. The food was perfectly spiced not overwhelming.
The food was fantastic. Best Hot & Sour Tofu Soup the flavor & spiciness was fantastic
We will be back. Go try this establishment
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good authentic Chinese food. Note: they DO NOT dial down the spice, so it’s not for the weak diner. Be prepared to be blasted with spicy Szechuan flavors, and please don’t complain about the spice level. We want them to NOT dumb it down.
