Ordered 2 SpongeBob FUN meals and 1 SpongeBob whopper with a small fry through the BK App. Got my food to find 1 of the fun meals were missing. I checked the receipt, and it only showed 1 of the meals, even though I’m 100% sure I added both meals, as I did one last look over before I clicked submit. This happened on my last BK app order. Don’t use their trash app that they apparently dont test.

Today had to have been the worst evening and visit at my local Burger King. I have always enjoyed coming here and eating their food. I always give great reviews because they deserve it. But tonight, I had Brandon take my order(very nice guy) and was using a Nekoosa football card the gave you a free Whopper with the order of a meal. Brandon left the counter to get his manager because I assumed he didn’t know how to punch in that offer. The Manager came to front counter but you could see in her body language that she was bothered. After punching in something, she said I needed to order a meal to get the offer in a very condescending manner. I was confused was she talked to me like that since i didn’t have an issue at it was Brandon who got her.
I couldn’t stay quiet and her what the issue was and she just mumbled something. So again now upset I asked again what the problem was and she responded, “you are!”
Needless to say I was not going to let her ruin our evening and finished paying for order and ate there. Another guest saw the whole thing and said that that was uncalled for.
Later on as we ate our food, she poked her head out to see if we were still there, and started saying to staff, “no more Mr nice guy, I’m going to talk to him how he talked to me. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Lastly there was another shift manager was in dining area and I’m sure heard the altercation and did nothing about it. This was uncalled for and truly a disappointing evening.

Chono was absolutely amazing!!! The restaurant was busy and he made it run like a well oiled machine!!! We have had issues in Stevens Point at the other store so we only come out to Rapids to this location when we want hot and tasty fast food!!! Someone give Chono a raise as he sure deserves it!!!

Pam is the rudest food service employee I know. She had major attitude towards my family tonight & was speaking to us in a condescending tone. Pam should be talked to on how to properly speak to customers & help her employees. Will not be coming back here.

The lobby was absolutely disgusting. When there were no orders coming in, the workers just stood and chatted with eachother plus,the cashier had her hat over her eyes while taking our order. There were literally Ketchup stains on the tables and trash on the floor. The chicken was dry as heck as well and the drink station was sticky and had garbage on it.

Lazy worker in here she refused to clock in early to help the struggling team then stole someones order that didn’t grab it when they called the number out also was sharing personal info about matthews weight limitations her name was laura. but the kitchen member matthew I think was amazing because he looked like he was working hard alone.

I ordered the Original Italian chicken sandwich yesterday and was excited to go home to eat it. What I got was a plain chicken with nothing on it except some rotten lettuce. This was gotten through the drive-thru. I have noticed lately that Burger King in Wisconsin Rapids has really gone downhill with their food. Was not impressed. They need to do better. This happens too often.

I got the crispy chicken which includes Mayo, but there is almost none. Also the chicken is burnt. Not trying be a Karen but yikes I’m disappointed, I dont think I’ll be eating here again.

As always they at least make sure my food is there unlike McDonald’s in town. Plus they’re food taste better.
