Stopped by here for lunch while we were out running errands. Service was fantastic, they are all so nice and accommodating especially to our daughter. We sat down and the food came out in just a few minutes, very hot and fresh. The pizza was delicious and had huge portions. I couldn’t even finish my two slices. Definitely one of the better pizza places we’ve been too. Will be ordering frequently from now on.

The manager Nick was very rude and disrespectful when he messed up my order over the phone. I called back to correct the issue and get the food I ordered only for him to argue with me for minutes then disrespectfully state, “it’s whatever. I know what I heard when you placed the order” when I had written down the order, checked online to ensure the contents of the salad, and placed the order for a breaded chicken Caesar salad with extra Caesar dressing on the side. Attached below is a photo of my receipt showing the contents of the salad (Large Chicken Salad, Breaded, Caesar, and extra dressing on the side). It came with mushroom, tomato, green pepper, onions, and banana peppers (clearly not what | ordered) but the manager continued to have a horrible demeanor towards the situation and to disrespectfully speak to me the way he did. I do not believe this individual is fit for management and I am very disappointed in the services I received. The delivery driver was amazing and I appreciate everything he did.

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received when contacting Anthony’s Pizzeria (300 N. Queen St., Martinsburg, WV) regarding a catering order for my family reunion.
On February 26 at 4:51 p.m., I called to inquire about catering services for our May 22nd event. I asked to speak with CJ or a manager and was told neither was available and to call back in 30 minutes. When I called back at 5:51 p.m. and again asked for CJ or a manager, I was told there was no one there by that name. I explained that I had just been instructed to call back and asked to speak with a manager.
The employee who answered became immediately dismissive and unprofessional, asking in a very rude tone, “What do you want?” Despite the tone, I calmly explained that we were considering their establishment to cater our family reunion and simply needed information. When I asked for the manager’s name, he refused to provide it. When I asked for his name, he responded, “I’m not giving you anything.” I expressed that it was unfortunate to risk losing potential business over something so simple, and he replied, “So what,” before hanging up on me.
As someone planning a meaningful family event, I was genuinely hoping to support a local business. Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when speaking with potential customers. I hope ownership addresses this matter so other families and organizations do not have a similar experience.

I tried to park for a very temporary time to pickup an order at a nearby store. I offered to order food to allow me to park due to downtown being closed for a parade. No one else was parked and I offered to buy food from them. The man said you still can’t park here and told me to leave. Next time before you come off like that to someone realize they may have a reason and think before you treat others like that. Respectfully a disabled combat veteran with 4 combat tours and an Air Medal. Please don’t give this place your business.

We stopped there on the recommendation of someone we met in Winchester. WOW…He was right!!!! The staff was fantastic there. Very friendly. We had a vegetable Stromboli. Most places will have a solid crust over it. Here they make cuts in the dough and bake it. It is crisp and VERY GOOD. The Stromboli had fresh spinach, black olives, fresh broccoli, tomatoes, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese. With a tomato sauce to dip it in. That was very good also. The large will feed 2- 3 people. A GREAT LOCALLY OWNED PLACE TO KEEP OUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN OUR COMMUNITY. We will be back. There is take out and delivery only.

No sauce to make it look like there’s more than a sprinkle of cheese on the pizza. Didn’t accommodate my request for well done wings either. I’ll order Tito’s next time. Better product and service.

Anthony’s has the best subs and the best deals! My husband and I go at least 1 a week. We always get the same thing and the guys there know it! Its great to go there dine in and eat a delicious sub and fries! Awesome food for an awesome price!
