I cannot say enough about the wraps and selection! I look forward every time we go to the fresh spinach in anything they make! My favorites are Chicken Cobb Salad or Wrap and Taco Salad!! – My husband loves the Steak and Spinach salads ! We brought an extra lunch to my son at his work and others wanted to know where the great looking fresh yummy wrap lunch came from! #saladheroes

This salad was completely mediocre and for the crispy chicken salad to cost $21!!!!…. Is absolutely ridiculous!- $21 for a medium sized salad, I’m sorry but a family of 4 with only one of your salads each an order, it’d be At Least $100, that’s without any substitutions. I checked it out first online but there’s no prices on their menu which is very misleading and not very fair to the consumer. I would never in my right mind pay $21 Dollars for a salad like this, It really wasn’t even that good, super basic, very disappointing.

Been wanting to try this spot for soooo long and I live so close too.
I got a ceaser chicken wrap and it’s pretty hefty. Looks beautiful and definitely worth the price. I’ve been making my own for the last week and now I know where to go when the craving strikes. Found a couple bitter pieces of lettuce but tomato tastes fresh.
Next time I’d opt out the egg, I’d rather have the ceaser dressing taste and the chicken be up front than the egg. But I’m happy I tried it!!

THE BEST SALAD IVE EVER HAD!! I make good salads but the chicken Caesar salad had chicken in literally every bite. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy and tomato was not soggy. They give you AMPLE amount of ranch/dressing and croutons. I also ordered the taco wrap because I thought the salad wouldnt be enough but the salad made me full. Heated up the taco wrap the next day and OMG sooo good. Seasoned perfectly and lots of meat. So happy i found this place. Nice portions for the price

If I’m in need of a heath and fast lunch in Gresham OR. it’s a no brainer I go to Salad Heroes. The lady that’s normal there is always super friendly and just adds to the experience of the delicious salads and wraps. My go to is the crispy chicken wrap with ranch I highly recommend it.

Placed an online order, never been here before so wasn’t super familiar with the menu. Made a note asking to remove olives and croutons from.my salad, but if they could add banana peppers instead I’d appreciate it. Got my salad, and super pleased to say no croutons, no black olives, and an adorable note saying they had peppercinis instead and just… Bless. Above and beyond, with service and the food was super super yummy and quick!!

I have eaten Salad Heroes three times this week if that tells you anything! Everything is fresh, delicious, and so accommodating. I’m pregnant and requested a very specific wrap, with both removals and additions. I got the Simple Wrap, but had them remove tomato and add chicken and avocado. They didn’t bat an eye! They always stuff their wraps and salads to be very filling. Definitely check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve seen on TikTok in other states that they have little salad places to get salads & wraps, so I’ve been looking for one nearby and found salad heroes!
I placed a pickup order via DoorDash!
My husband got the blt&a wrap and loved it!
You’re able to choose your salad dressing and he had ranch.
I got the build your own with lettuce, carrot, ranch, tomato and more….it was wonderful!!!
My daughter got the crispy chicken salad with ranch and ate almost all of it (she’s 9)
I think the ONLY downfall is that it’s a food cart outdoors. Not that food carts are bad, we love them! BUT, that can mean bugs flying around.
We had one land on my husbands food, but it can’t really be prevented fully, so it’s ok!
We loved it! I will say, it is a bit pricey, but it’s nice to have a healthy quick option, since we have tons of unhealthy fast food everywhere!!
