My first visit and I ordered a chicken noodle soup. The server initially gave me a creamy noodle soup. However it was quickly fixed. The soup was really good and came with a side of bread. I would recommend it and I would definitely come back and try some different soups.

I was helped today by the manager, Richard, and he was a delight. Him and his staff provided excellent service. They answered all of our questions and helped us choose our meals without making us feel rushed. Truly, it was a great experience and we will be coming back soon.

The food is always top shelf in taste & presentation. Atmosphere is exactly what ya need in comfort & convieince. My only hesitation at all is on carryout orders they make it a point at checkout to add an extra step to choose a tip amount. (with guilt stare) I worked 20 yrs in that industry, tip not warranted when not a single thing done beyond presenting you with your purchase. I consider that every time

I came to Panera to enjoy some soup on a cold night, and Mr. Richard made the experience even better! He provided excellent service, offered me an option that wasn’t even on the menu, and was sweet, he even gave me a little treat to go with my soup. The Blue Springs location skimps on your salad. Twice now I have paid over $14 for a whole salad that is only half filled with lettuce. The Panera on Douglas in Lees Summit is far superior in all 3 categories of food, service & atmosphere. Lee’s Summit gets 5 stars over Blue Springs!

This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to Lee’s Summit Panera countless times and I’ve never had this experience there. Photo attached of the “chicken” that came on my Chicken Frontega sandwich. It’s supposed to be a warm sandwich and part of it was warm but the chicken was ice cold and in CLUMPS. Disgusting and we actually waited in line for this. Glad we are getting out of BS.

Three customers ( two sitting and eating other than myself ) and at least 3 employees yesterday morning and it was apparently more important to let the ONE customer ( me ) wait until the guy got done cleaning the tables off. Seems like the only person there that cares about customers is the young black kid that seemed to be doing everything. One coffee pot empty when I got there and I told them. Twenty minutes later when I left WAS STILL EMPTY and I had to drink the heavy stuff.
Not wasting any more of my time there again. It was like I was being punished for not using the ordering kiosks for a cup of coffee and a souffle.
Only reason I gave two stars was because the kid was super friendly and smiled… and he wasn’t even the one serving me. The guy that did wasn’t all that happy to have a customer it seemed.

I started coming here mid yr and the food is good, but for some reason today I ordered a soup size as a bowl for to go and they gave me soup size cup, and I paid 7 dollars for a bowl and I got a cup, like come on guys do better. On top of that I threw up what I ate, broccoli and cheddar soup, which i get all the time, and that was less than an hr of just eating it.

Horrible ,Horrible. This is the 4th time of the order being wrong. How do you not put chicken on a Asian Chicken Salad. There wasn’t Asian salad dressing or sesame seeds either. I have apples slices on my salad which isn’t supposed to be on the salad. My daughter ordered extra egg and no extra egg. I will not order online again. No one is answering the phones. Horrible customer service. I spent $35.00 to get some lettuce. I want a full refund.

Chicken bagel stack was a rip off! Two meager thin slices of chicken. Sauce on the sandwich was gross. Bagels are half the size. Will not be returning!
