This is probably the worst fast food restaurant in Denver. I use DoorDash often and I always order ranch for my fries. I have literally never received ranch. Even when I use drive thru, I always have to go back inside for ranch. Maybe don’t charge extra for it if you refuse to include it in the order. One time I went to pick up my mobile order right before 8pm and the employee very rudely informed me that I can’t be inside because they were closed. He said they “decided to close up early.” I was told he couldn’t refund me and that he couldn’t provide me with a phone number or email address to try to get my refund. The employees aren’t friendly at all. The lobby is always gross, trash everywhere and every table is always dirty. Tonight’s doordash order was missing ranch, had hard cold fries, and the egg on my biscuit was OFF. The color and texture were not how I’ve ever seen it and it tasted like chemicals. I love Bojangles but I’m about to write it off as an option because this place is really, really crappy.

the gravy was hot but nothing else had an internal core temperature
the Bo-Rounds were so crispy crunchy i believe they were leftover from yesterday & refried (not hot)
ALSO
teach your girl how to pickup a bowl without putting her thumb in it

Ordered a 12 piece family meal as usual get home open up bag and they forgot the biscuits. Called to let them know I was coming back up there to get them in 15 minutes. I get back to the drive thru let them know I was thereto get the 6 biscuits only to be told they’re out it’ll be 13 minutes. I waited 15 they did bring them out with no apologies and no offers to redeem their mistake.Funny they always get the money part right. Burned up my gas and time. This location used to be good but this is happening too often here too. There will be no next time for this family. I foresee the future of Bojangles at this location to be closing people are tired of paying good money for scrappy service and food.

No A.I. drive thru!!!!!! Yay!!!!!! OMG, the chicken and rice bowls. Yummy. Got to bring back the Carolina crunch. Great for folks with gluten issues. Way to do improvements thank you. FYI I was born and raised in North Carolina.

I ordered a breast & wing meal, I received a thigh & leg. I do not like dark meat. I called & spoke to Sam, they said to call door dash to come back there. I could nit reach them but the point is door dash didn’t screw up Bojangles did. Im a senior & bojangles us 3 miles away. I could not go there & even if I reached door dash, why should I have to tip again for Bojangles mistake. They should have sent someone out from there store to correct the issue but they did not. Needless to say I did not eat supper.

Excellent fried chicken, excellent dirty rice, excellent biscuits. You could and should ask for a fresh batch of chicken, they are very good! The place is clean and has a good atmosphere to eat on. The parking is easy. The service is very good.

I went thru the drive thru and one of the order screens were missing so I asked if they could switch the monitor ( it being a digital screen and all) so I could pick what I wanted to order. The person on the speaker (I guess not realizing the microphone was still on) decided to call someone over and start making fun of the request I made. It was a valid question and seeing that it’s your order board that’s messed up, making fun of a customer is rude and not very professional. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything.

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Condiment and drink station area, floors and every table littered with trash and crumbs….at 10:30am. Cashier sang aloud as she took orders causing several to be incorrect. When I asked for my receipt I was told that I didn’t need it (although other customers had theirs) and that we could listen for our order. Other “workers” stood aimlessly in the kitchen. Not positive the Manager overheard our complaints but within moments a “clean up” suddenly began. The inspiring singer/cashier/cleaner acted put out and actually sighed with an attitude when we said we would weren’t finished with our tray yet. Definitely will not go to this location again.
