Spent almost $29 on 2 biscuits, picnic Bo rounds, picnic fries, and a 3pc supreme but the manager Cheri (who was extremely rude) refused to give a second honey mustard for the fries after I had already paid. Then when I pulled out a $20 to buy 39 cent sauce she became aggravated. I will certainly fill out the survey at the bottom of each receipt. Typically the staff at this location are extremely friendly but Cheri certainly is not in that group.

If you want the smallest tenders ever, go to this Bojangles. Usually if Bojangles gives you small supremes, they give you extra to compensate. But they gave me 5 tenders that are all smaller than the sauce cup. These are nuggets, not tenders.

This particular restaurant had issues a while back, but I heard the food and service had improved. I did go back, and both had improved. Then I went and got dinner for several family members last week. I got chicken biscuits, fried chicken, fries, and tenders. The fries were AWFUL, like they had been sitting around all day. Some were hard as a rock, and all in all, just yucky. The biscuits were also hard, and the chicken was just not good. I guess I will hold out until I hear this place has turned around again. I did go at a busy time, probably 6ish and there was quite a line in the drive through. No reason for food that seemed to have been sitting around all day. My family lives Bojangles and I am sad this one is sub par.

The service is fast, the chicken is good, the dirty rice is good and the biscuits are fresh. The fries and beans are not, tho. Make sure to get the pimento cheese spread, it’s nice.

The service and employees were friendly but unfortunately, my order was missing one of the side orders. My #13 came with only dirty rice. I did not get my green beans. By the time I got home and noticed, I did not feel like coming back. Because of this, I cannot give a good rating.

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Condiment and drink station area, floors and every table littered with trash and crumbs….at 10:30am. Cashier sang aloud as she took orders causing several to be incorrect. When I asked for my receipt I was told that I didn’t need it (although other customers had theirs) and that we could listen for our order. Other “workers” stood aimlessly in the kitchen. Not positive the Manager overheard our complaints but within moments a “clean up” suddenly began. The inspiring singer/cashier/cleaner acted put out and actually sighed with an attitude when we said we would weren’t finished with our tray yet. Definitely will not go to this location again.

I usually get gravy biscuits and scrambled eggs. To my dismay they had no eggs and the gravy, which is usually thick, was very thin, like it had been watered down.
