Bad review just for changing hours from 10pm to 8. Literally the only time I’m free to travel to Jacksonville and I would grab it on my way out of town. Found out the hours went from 10-8. In the middle of winter. Labor percent cannot be that high from 8-10 and winter is nearly over. Run a skeleton crew late at night or something, yet closing definitely warrants a negative review.

Beautiful new Starbucks Coffee Shop. I stopped by May 7th to check out the new location here in Jacksonville, IL. Same great drinks and food but with delightful staff all around, including management. As an owner of a neighboring business, I’m glad they are here.

on a road trip from Kansas City to Chicago and detoured myself literally 30 minutes to get to this Starbucks. Got there before closing and was told by Jennifer they decided to start cleaning early because of the snow and wouldn’t serve me despite being there 5 minutes before close. Ridiculous. I frequently order an oat milk shake with espresso from this place, but I have noticed that the drink is consistently prepared differently from how it is described in the menu pictures. Recently, I approached the staff to address this issue. A woman with curly hair responded to my inquiry by stating that I often come back to complain about my order. I explained to her that my complaints from the drink not being prepared correctly according to the expected standard. Unfortunately, I did not receive satisfactory customer service, as her response seemed to suggest that the issue was solely my responsibility rather than acknowledging a possible error in their preparation process.

My online order was ready and waiting. My only complaint was I asked for no cheese on my impossible breakfast sandwich. My husband is allergic and it was on there, I just found it “funny” because someone had to print the sticker and then warm the sandwich and then place in the bag with said sticker. With allergies workers just need to be more careful.

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff is so sweet. They almost always remember my order by heart. It’s always correct. They even remember to keep my pastry in the plastic bag so the icing doesn’t come off onto the paper bag.
