El Weirdo is a brewpub and taco joint in downtown Panama City. Life is too short for normal tacos, so we make delicious street tacos and sometimes the recipes are weird, but we think weird is good! Our goal is to celebrate art, artists, and all the people who make our community vibrant, and we’ll do that while making the best tacos you’ve ever eaten. We’re weird and proud of it

I love this place. The art on the walls and everywhere is fun to look at and I feel like I see something different every time I go there. My favorite beer is their ✨Star Daddy✨ – definitely give it a try! Their Wizard fries is my favorite food there. I requested a vegetarian version and I loved it. The staff are always nice and welcoming and I genuinely feel happy to see them whenever we stop by. Tip: Follow them on social media to stay updated on their events. They have some cool stuff going on throughout the week

Love the place! Not only the quirkiness, but the food is excellent. Very tasty chicken and steak tacos, miso brussel sprouts, strawberry lemonade. The chips (for the chips and salsa) are thick, salsa quite good. Atmosphere, from the decorations, bathrooms, music is one of a kind. And the service was also great, with the gentleman being very patient with my daughter, who has a gluten allergy. On that note, they have gluten free items and are careful how they prepare the food, kudos to them!

Great beer and service. Chatted with the beer lady and she was amazing. Fun vibe, very different. Only negative on the actual location was the cigarette smoke coming in the back door.

The serving sizes were small so I was glad I ordered the brussel sprouts to go with my taco. The food was delicious! The atmosphere was fun with the unique art surrounding you and the service was great.

Food was average. Corn dip was very good but I didn’t love my carnitas taco. Margarita was fabulous and a lot of their other drinks sounded great. Seth at the bar, took wonderful care of us! Decor in restaurant and outdoor area is so fun. Outdoor seating is old bus seats and indoor area has lots of cool, funky decor.

Atmosphere was awesome, definitely an artist playground. The food was alright, shredded chicken did not have much flavor to it. They do have interesting takes on the tacos with the sauces that pair with them.
However the quesadilla was nothing but cheese and meat (that was $4 & $8) extra. Be careful this place can get pricey QUICK. The fries were decent.
This seems to be more of a local spot and a brewery than a foody place.
Service was more do it yourself as you order at the counter, so there was not much interaction there.

We love El Weirdo! They have the best black bean dip! I love the bean and cheese burrito! My husband got a chicken taco and beef and loved them!

What a great place!! Great vibes, great drinks and food. Having a food allergy is tough and these guys made it simple. My meal was perfect and I didn’t have to worry about any allergy related issues. The others at the table enjoyed their food as well. Margaritas went down way too smooth! Ha! Staff was great and attentive. We will be back to hang with the weirdos.
