Been buying from Captains for over 6 years. Food was fantastic. Unfortunately you guys are losing it. Your pizza has been on the decline for over a year. Every time we buy it, the crust gets thinner and thinner. It’s now ridiculous really. Our latest order put us over the edge and we won’t be back. We ordered 30 wings for $40.49. The wings we got were about 1/3 the size of your normal wings. See the picture compared to a Bic lighter. When we called about it your “manager” said it’s just the way it is based on what you get in. That’s not acceptable when wings are now $1.33 each! That’s a problem you need to address with your supplier not sticking it to your customers. For the price either provide normal sized wings or shut it down! To make matters worse in order to refund me, she had the delivery driver come pick back up these pigeon wing sized wings. I did get my refund but that’s just pathetic.
So Captains, you lost a customer that buys regularly with orders $100 – $200 many times. I’m sure our friends that witnessed this mess will also not be coming back. It’s not hard to serve quality food for the prices you charge. Some extra dough to fix your floppy pizza wouldn’t cost much. While you are at it perhaps a new manager or some customer service training would be in order. At this point we would rather go pick up Bona Pizza or make DiGiorno. What did you even do with the wings we returned?

Checked Google for a casual dinner on a quiet Sunday and Captains didn’t disappoint. It’s famous for its pizza and they were very good even though the slices were all irregular shapes. We ordered the mussels with red sauce and we wished we had more bread to soak up the sauce. The portion size was decent for the price overall. However, the sweet tea had an odd taste and was a disappointment. The service was very good and we would try it again next time when we’re in the area.

Went here with my grandson and we really enjoyed it. Seated quickly, I ordered the cheesesteak and my grandson wanted a hot dog and fries. Fries were especially good. Great tasting food and efficient service!

Service was great! Perfect for a quick pizza shop stop. Food was hot and fresh but was pretty basic, which is great from time to time, but didnt warrant the price here. I will eat there again although, I am definitely going to try other dishes.

I had the flu for a little over a week and I really want chicken marsala. I don’t know why that popped into my brain, but I will tell you what it was the first thing that I was able to taste and it’s so delicious. I would recommend this place to anybody like I even called them and told them to please thank the cook because it was so fantastic so yeah, anybody who’s reading any of this go there order it whatever the food‘s gonna be made with love!!!!!!!

Food is delicious! I got carry-out and girl was a little stern but nothing worthy of a complaint. Ordered garlic knots, white pizza, plain cheese pizza, and a meat lovers calzone. I’m very impressed! Will definitely go back again!

Horrible service they are all ignorant and ignorant on the phone don’t know how to talk to people. We payed 40 dollars and our pizza/soup it came out like soup you couldn’t even eat it it was so soggy it was falling thru the box. Horrible pizza and service.

Ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions and mushrooms, Meat was not seasoned at all and onions were far from fried. Only flavor on entire sub was the mayo.
