Growing up in an italian house we are very hard to please when it comes to good italian food. Everything we had was delicious. My wife’s lasagna was excellent and my son said his muscles were the best he’s ever had. My shrimp scampi was delicious although I personally like more garlic. Our waiter James was extremely friendly and very attentive to our table. The hostess Madsion was extremely helpful. All in all this is probably the best resturant in Sebastian. Also, the tomato bisque was incredible and for dessert you have to try the Kaluha canolli.

What a wonderful visit to Italian Cousin’s. My husband and I went out for early bird dining. We had a wonderful meal. What a deal $19.99 for a soup or salad, and entree and wine was $599 and dessert also $5.99. Really reasonable night. Our waiter Jim was so helpful and kind. He was very knowledgeable, we hadn’t been there since the renovations. Our soup Tomato Basil was delicious and the Manicotti and Ziti was fabulous. We had some to take home for tomorrow’s lunch. The bus-boy Matthew was so attentive he kept the bread and water coming. The owner Gus came by our table what a nice guy. We will definitely be back. Food , help , service and the atmosphere was delightful. The owner gave us a taste of a great tequila and it was spectacular. Thank you for a lovely evening .

We are in from out of state and on a vacation. We came here because it was recommended. It was a short 36 minute drive from our condo and wow! We were greeted by Samantha and another young lady. We were early and got a table but probably best to phone ahead. The atmosphere was so much fun! The place is filled with happy people. The drinks are on point and the food was very very good! I’m Italian and dabbled with an Italian restaurant in the past. The Italian Cousin Restaurant is a great place staffed by great people serving great Italian food. Samantha was a great server too!

Lasagna was the best I’ve ever had! Everything from the food, drinks and service was great! We made reservations just incase and it was busy in there so I would recommend doing that. great higher end homemade Italian food!

My friends and I came in and took advantage of the bird special. We ordered the manicotti, lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. It came with chibatta bread & dipping oil and we chose house salads for all. First of all the salads were fresh cold and crisp. I personally had the manicotti. It was probably one of if not the best I’ve had! My friends loved the spaghetti and lasagna very much. Catalina made sure we had everything we needed or wanted with a smile. The owner came out to talk to us about the meal and we had a wonderful conversation/banter with him. You know you have a good boss when your employees have longevity!! After our conversation he blessed us with a tiramisu and a cheesecake to share. I can’t say enough about this wonderful little piece of heaven. Unfortunately I don’t live close but I hope to make it down again next year. Thank you for a fantastic experience. ❤️

My husband and I had dinner there last night. Our server, Madison, was friendly and fabulous, and our meals delicious. We split 2 pasta entrees and have enough leftover for another dinner. The lasagna was as good as the reviews say. We also ordered the pasta Carbonara w/ Shrimp and subbed angel hair. Off the hook. The warm bread and herbed dipping oil were also delicious. My husband enjoyed his Ceasar salad and I had the Cousin chopped. Both very good and fresh. We’ll definitely be back!

Not easy to find great food in Sebastian…..until we got here. Not the fanciest of places, but clean and well kept with personal decorative touches. We showed up with no reservation and were happy to sit at the bar, and be waited on by a lovely bartender who made us incredible espresso martinis and served us two wonderful plates. 1) Ziti (al denté) with meatball and sausage and 2) Mahi Mahi (so fresh) à la Franchaise over a spaghetti olio. Both dishes were fantastic and fresh. Wonderful value. We really loved our bartender/server; he not only served us, but made all drinks for the other waiters (tables) and remained cool as a cucumber throughout it all. We were visiting Sebastian for the first time and this experience , by far, was a highlight of our trip. Thank you for having us!!!!

Drove 8.5 hours from GA and needed to experience this meal once again! We could not leave without having a dinner at Italian Cousin! The flavor on any dish here is unlinks anything else! The service and meal is intentionally delivered with a care and passion. If you’re near of far, this is a must go!

First time having dinner at the Italian Cousin Restaurant. Called ahead for reservation for 2. Cody nice and friendly giving us our table. Simple menu,generous portions at fair prices was my take. It could be noisy on a busy night.
