Walterboro Little Caesars is the best experience EVERYTIME!!! Never a bad experience. Even on the hot n ready foods, they are #1 for food hotness, freshness, and presentation! Went to Summerville for work and did not have the same experience with their hot and ready. It was old, hard, and very distasteful. Never going to any other Little Caesars unless it’s Walterboro location.

I ordered through postmates. And asked for the stuffed crust pizza to be cooked WELL DONE. Says it on the receipt. Not only that but after placing my order online I called the store to also confirm the well done instructions and was assured they got it… pizza was so far from well done it was quite literally the opposite. Dough in the middle wasn’t even cooked and still gooey. Pizza, toppings, and cheese was cold to the touch. Not a warm spot on it at all.

Genuinely the most idiotic little cesar’s i’ve ever been to the workers do NOT listen to what you want and 9/10 ur going to be missing something or end up with the wrong thing. they forget the sauce that comes with the deals they put on the wrong toppings! I highly do not recommend this location for future orders, manager doesn’t seem to care about the poor quality and customer service the location provides. Nothing was done to rectify the below situation. You shouldn’t have to recook your food entirely at home after ordering for pick up. Stuffed Pretzel crust pizza that was ordered looks nothing like pretzel crust on the little Caesar website. Pizza that was ordered was returned and a new pizza was made incorrectly with cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce like the original order. The replaced pizza was brought home and then found to be raw and extremely doughy prior to my family beginning to eat. No refund could be given at the store, but was instead referred to corporate where I had to wait on hold for an hour and still haven’t reached anyone (waiting for a call back). I’d give 0 stars if it would let me.

The cashier was rude at the drive through window after I picked up my order I only asked for a garlic butter he told me I had to come inside in order to get the garlic butter even though I was at the drive-thru window cuz I didn’t order it I thought this was so ridiculous terrible service.

Awful!!! Ordered a deep dish meat pizza and went all the way home with it only to notice that it wasn’t done! This was the second time this happened from here, but now it’s time for a review! The yeast was thick, squishy, and simply UNCOOKED!! The meat was done of course, but the bread wasn’t at all. The cheese was like a camouflage for hiding the uncooked bread!
I did call management and she was apologetic. That was fine, but two things…check the oven or your preparers who are overseeing the pizza or both! My kids always go here for a quick meal, but I’m not too sure about returning at this point. It’s so convenient being by our home, but I don’t mind driving elsewhere if it means what they’re going to eat will be fixed properly and not RUSHED because they are busy. Thumbs wayyyy down for me!
