This location on Broadway in Edmond has been very erratic in their service over the last two years. Sometimes great, sometimes horrible. I think it is related to the personnel who is there at any time. But very recently the service has been great. If you like redheads, Shyann is your girl. She works the drive thru. She is hotter than Dana Scully from X-Files. She has a gorgeous smile and will get you your food fast. I hope Arby’s doesn’t let her go and offers her a manager style position. This is the Arby’s to go in this area, for the time being anyway.

Fries were cold & tough. Must have been sitting in the bin under the heat lamp for an hour or more. Could not believe that they wouldn’t dump them out and make fresh after that much time. Holding time for fries should probably be 10-15 minutes at the most…but what do I know?

Food was messy, the half pound came in a bag not a box, and it was sideways in the bag, but was very greasy and mushy, and the large fries were more like a small! It was over 35 dollars with of food and it was nasty!!!

Just tried to go up here to get some lunch (11:20am) and no one was here…At all, there were not even cars in the parking lot. There was a big sign saying drive-through open, and it’s said they open at 10:30 AM. Really disappointed I do not have to meats.

They were friendly when we ordered but it was late and dark and we didnt check our bag and were missing curly fries. They said we could come all the way back get them sometime but offered nothing else. Seriously? I told them I like to have them with my sandwhich while the sandwhich is warm. They said they could upgrade them to the next biggest size which is only 50 cents more. That’s not worth the gas. I’ve had that happen at another establishment and they gave me my meal again. The least they could have done was give me the $2.99 sandwhich with the size fries I ordered.

I like to go in sometimes.It depends on where I’m going. The drive-through isn’t bad as long there is not too many people in front of you or someone who has a big order .You can’t beat the meat and there specials.

So we’re new to the area and went to this Arby’s… ok, the food Taisted good, but it’s presentation was kinda wild. Both of our Beef and Cheddars were missing Sauce, and the meat was more on the edge/off the bun. Kinda sucks to have to re-assemble and sauce your sandwiches before ya can eat. My Chicken Cordon Blu was good, but the ham was a big ball of meat in the middle. Also had to refix this one (fyi I have worked for Arby’s as a Manager, so I know how these things should go together)
Finally, I didn’t get his name tag but the Cook in the back was, first of all on his phone the entire time we were there, openly visible to the dining room and counter. Very unprofessional, this should be done on a break away from public view. My wife and I also saw this same cook use his “GLOVED HAND” to reach into his shirt/apron and scratch himself, then never changed his glove to put food together. … nasty … oh lastly the Curly Fries were STONE COLD and OLD. ..I would have asked for a replacement but we were home before we could.
As a final GOOD NOTE .. while others were standing around, the guy at the register (Black older gentleman prob very new) was fantastic. While the Cook was chilling on his phone, DT Person was talking to fry guy after he took our order he asked about our day, and apologized for the order taking long (My Chicken). Very pleasant and approachable. Give that guy a Big Pat on the back. .. we came in at 430ish pm on June 15th if that helps you identify him.
I honestly don’t know if I will give this location another try. We’ll see.

The fries were cold and the sandwich only had meat on a 1/4 of the sandwich that was not cut, as it should have been. I took the sandwich back to ask for it to be replaced. The young lady did not apologize and just sat the food on the counter after it was remade. When I asked for the fries to be remade she had a bad attitude. This was the first time to this location and I will never go again. Staff need some training in customer service and product quality.
