If you have not visited Sakura lately, stop by. The remodel created a welcoming atmosphere and the food, as always, is as special as the employees. Loving the presentations and the dry ice effects almost as much as the creative offerings.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sakura for lunch, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The highlight of the meal was the edamame, which was simply amazing—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and a great start to our lunch. The fried rice was another standout, flavorful without being greasy, which is a rarity. The steak-to-vegetable ratio was perfect, providing a well-balanced and satisfying dish.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing impeccable service throughout our visit. Every aspect of the meal exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a delightful lunch experience.

Best japanese food. Best sushi I’ve had in indiana. Hibachi is also the best ive had in indiana. Me and my wife are regulars here. I’d recommend the spicy tuna roll, the tuna belly sushi, and the chicken hibachi. But everything is good from the katsu to the soup.
The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is the perfect japanese restaurant atmosphere. Whether your visiting fort wayne or a local I’d recommend taking a visit.

My son saw this place a couple of weeks ago at the neighboring Five Guys and really wanted to give it a try. I’ve had a positive experience before so I figured this would be a good opportunity to broaden my kid’s palette a bit and try something they haven’t had. Suffice it to say, the experience was excellent all around. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch my waitress’s name, but she was fantastic. Very patient with my kids and mindful to spell out what could be words that would set off kids like Pepsi and dessert, which I appreciated. The food was great, and while on the pricey side, I firmly believe you’re getting what you pay for here. As we were leaving, my son asked if we can make visiting this location a regular thing, and I’m inclined to oblige.

The new renovations add a nice nope concept, and the food is always spectacular; whether it be sushi, fried rice, or soup. On multiple occasions the Host, Owen, has helped me out and has been very thorough in his work. Great experience overall!

This is the worst sushi in town. We went here for a birthday get together and ordered quite a lot of rolls. The california roll maki was filled with a single consistency paste, and was so unpalatable no one ate it. There were some less offensive rolls, but NONE of them were good. Krogers or Meijer or any other grocery store that sells sushi is going to be a better bet than thia place. Ill never go back.

I have had the pleasure of going to Sakura for over twenty years! This place never misses. Everyone there is so friendly, Victor, Kim, and Taylor are always so pleasant. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is beyond amazing. I love coming here and they even remember my order❤️

Ambiance… amazing. Very quiet and zen… not even music. I enjoy that kind of experience for sushi.
Service has always been great.
The fish is fresh and tastes great. The maki… it’s a style I don’t particularly care for, which makes me sad because I love the ambiance and service. I’m more of a traditional Japanese sushi maki person… not Americanized with all the sauce and mayo and soy sauce.
I REALLY wanted to like it more, so I went back multiple times. I would go back if I’m just getting nigiri or sashimi.
