We just moved up here. The Starbucks where we used to live was so kind and friendly. I loved the employees they had become friends because I saw them every morning. It have had the worst experience at this location. The employees are so rude. One time the baristas refused to make my drink. He kept skipping it to do other orders because I had asked if my order was coming. And another time I had ordered at 8:01 it said my order would be ready by 8:22. It was 8:25 and I was waiting so I started to lean over to see if my coffee was ready. The lady looked straight at me and said it’s not ready yet without me even asking. I continued to stand there and then she poured my coffee out because I had seen it sitting behind the bar. This location needs a new manager.

Zero stars if that were an option. This was easily the worst coffee I’ve had at a Starbucks. The coffee tasted burnt and undrinkable, like it had been sitting far too long. Basic quality control was missing, and the staff didn’t seem properly trained. If you care about decent coffee, avoid this location

I do not live in this area but have occasional business here & ofttimes visit this location. This location is consistently good, amenable, professional. I happened to be there on my birthday, but had forgotten it till I saw it on my phone…I would receive a freebie. I needed to request an upgrade in size & they were still amenable. My only issue w/this location is traffic @ certain times of day. So take this into consideration. The staff is bright & pleasant.

Ordered a travelers box and when I came through the drive true, she said I needed to come in to get it. When I got in she handed it to me right away. I don’t understand what the difference was and why she couldn’t hand me the coffee box through a window.. Claudia was pretty rude. Its always something with this place. And always closing whenever they feel like, never respecting their advertised hours.

I visited the Starbucks on Lanier Parkway on Veterans Day (11/11/25). I’m a regular customer at that location and went through the drive-thru to order my drink. When I showed my veteran ID for the Veterans Day offer, the barista told me I had the wrong size and that I would need to come back later for my free drink.
That was disappointing — especially on a day meant to honor veterans. There were many better ways that situation could have been handled. I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks and the service at most locations, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope your team can ensure all partners are trained to treat customers, especially veterans, with courtesy and appreciation.

I have lived by this location for years, and now that I have moved, I drive out of the way just to come back. They have always made my coffee just right, and I have had my some of favorite baristas come and go.
But I want to especially thank Abbi for making my day, not once but twice. When the protein coffees came out she was very kind while helping me understand all the nutrition information.
As a person with anxiety it isn’t always easy for me to just ask people questions but she was nice and patient with me. Then today a whole few weeks after that encounter when I came back in to ask another question ( ) she remembered me AND my order.
What’s not to like?

Poor attitude. 7pm on Saturday night 11/29/2025. 10 minutes in line, sat for 10 minutes at the window. The older lady at the window (she wasn’t wearing a nametag) made one of the drinks the wrong size. Not a huge deal. When we corrected her, she tried to make my wife feel like she messed up by saying “I already made a grande but I guess I can remake it if you changed your mind.” Even her coworker rolled their eyes at her. The older lady just didn’t want to be there, at all. Not a single lid was secured on the cups. Poor, poor attitude and poor execution of her duties.

This location is absolutely disgusting inside. I normally go through the drive thru when here, but I decided to come in today. The employees were somewhat nice but the counters and floor were so gross. There is coffee spilt all over the counters and they are sticky. There is also powders and paper trash all over the floors and tables. I didn’t want to take too many pictures and make anyone uncomfortable but I took some.
