I ordered a pizza at the perimeter mall and waited 50 minutes for it to be ready. The pizza maker stood there laughing with the employees while I waited. I’ve worked as a pizza maker before, and in a very busy place, a pizza doesn’t take more than 15 minutes to be ready. I’ve never seen a pizza take 50 minutes. Of course, if you’re chatting and laughing with the customers while they wait, that’s what happens.

The inconsistency in service was disappointing. Whether or not toppings were offered appeared to depend on the individual server. One associate provided excellent customer service; however, the remaining staff did not meet the same standard. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

The only thing I can say is that the food is good. I enjoyed the pizza and the guy who helped me the last few times I visit was kind and helpful. Last time I visit, there was an older lady who was ringing out everyone, she gave out an attitude that she didn’t want to be there and she’s been working for a while now. She’s the only negative experience I had.
