Id rate the food but left before I could order. The workers just sat on their phone in the back and ignored me in the lobby. I would have gone through the drive thru but there was a semi truck blocking and the Arby’s workers was just dicking around with the truckers. Mind you it’s 9pm… not busy. I tried to get their attention but they walked out of sight and ignored my tries.

Absolutely disgusting! If you don’t want to get sick don’t go here. this is how I received my food and I don’t think I can even eat it. there’s a hole in the top of the box sauces everywhere lettuce was hanging out and my bread was burnt. I love Arby’s but so disappointed in this location.

Eh it’s Ok. The soda machines aren’t ever mixed right the soda taste off. The loaded fries are dinky. I hate people asking for my name for a order rather than a number. The older manager is really nice and they are pretty fast getting your order out. If they fix those few things they would get 5 stars.

Went for veteran’s day with my mother, who served during OIF and OEF.
While wearing a shirt displaying being a veteran alongside the unit she served in, she was rightfully carded for her mil ID, but was not given any thanks for her service.
Compared to the next man in line, with no uniform or identification displaying, who was not carded when ording the same veteran’s meal, and *was* thanked for his service.
Food was what you expect from Arby’s. Slightly undercooked ham but still alright.

The person taking our order was VERY rude and mad because he had just mopped. The manager had to come out for something, never said a word and looked dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We were here for a family visitation, could have used a friendly smile. Will not eat there again
