This place brought back memories. My buddy and I got the number 10 put on our paper pirate hats and ate some shrimp and fish. Bathrooms are clean. Everyone that worked there was friendly we interacted with.

Love the food but at 8:50 the doors are locked. Both the door and website say 10pm. They could at least put a sign up. Found out the drive thru was open. We were the only car. They STILL messed up our order.

I like Long John silvers. I go thru this drive thru way more frequently than I should because I’m a Pepsi drinker and few fast food places offer Pepsi products. I’m also a shrimp fan.

I’ve gotten take out from here a few times and it is always wonderful. The food is great. The workers are amazing. Cassie and Kane had incredible attitudes. The restaurant is always clean and really nice- especially for a long johns. My favorites were the hush puppies and chicken, but the cheese cake is amazing too. I really wish they would bring back Mac n cheese, but that is a problem for the company as a whole. This location can’t bring it back no matter how many times I complain to the friendly associate, Kane. All of the staff is excellent and I am glad I stopped in that first time so I can get my fill of crispies and cheesecake.

Never got my change back and called them the same day. I was told their manager would call the next day which never happened. I asked today’s manager on staff to review the cameras to prove I never got my change back…I paid one bill with a ten dollar bill and the other with a twenty dollar bill
Went there today with the receipts:
*it’s the principal that my change was never given back to me
*today’s manager became irrate with me hollering and waving her hand when I politely asked her to review the cameras and see I never got my change back she stated they don’t even have cameras
*went to leave and saw a lady who used to work for my best friend and her Dad at two of their locations here for their restaurants
*said manager came outside hollering at me that she was calling the cops if I’m going to stand there talking to customers, they weren’t even customers, just merely good people.
*I have known them for years and the lady had brought her grandson to fill out a job application to work here and none of them were customers
*the lady’s boyfriend goes inside to let the manager know they know me and that if she calls the cops he will tell the truth, especially since they know me and they’re weren’t customers; today’s manager was really on the phone with cops and at this point told the cops nevermind, they don’t need to come!!!
I really don’t like doing negative reviews but this is the way I got treated for politely asking for my change. I will not ever come back. The customer is NOT always right but to come outside and holler because I’m having a convo with people I know about my outfit and her retirement, I have no words.
