I messed up my order and the figured it out Tanya was so nice and helpful. Also this was the quickest and cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been too. Definitely coming back!

I’m a pretty patient person and understand how badly places are understaffed and overworked, plus I acknowledge that they were somewhat busy, but… The experience I just had at this location has me absolutely livid.

I was picking up an Uber Eats order, but there were a bunch of people waiting for their orders and there seemed to be some sort of confusion with a party of 4 or 5, so I was just chilling and vibing to the music while I waited. I made the mistake of ordering a drink while I waited because I’d been working for 8 hours straight and needed a pick-me-up. I saw the Rockstar “pineapple lime” and was intrigued, so I put my order in through the kiosk like the staff member asked me to. I eventually got the Uber order, but my drink still wasn’t “ready”. I thought maybe it was a special fountain drink that involved multiple steps to make. After a while longer, I noted the time and let the staff know that I’d come back for my drink because I had to go get gas at Cumberland Farms before they closed. Finally one of the other staff that had been working in the kitchen said “you just had the one Rockstar drink?” I confirmed it. Much to my shock and rage, the drink I ordered was IN A CAN. It took the staff member literally 15 seconds to just hand me the can out of the fridge. So I waited over 10-15 minutes for a can when I was trying to get two orders to customers. The staff member who took my order either didn’t know that it was just in a can – or I imagine she would have gotten it for me in seconds – or she was just being completely negligent. The icing on the cake is that the drink wasn’t even correct. Either it’s listed on the menu wrong, or I was handed the wrong item. Don’t get me wrong, it still tastes good and has pineapple in it, but it wasn’t pineapple lime. I can forgive mistakes fairly easily, but this felt inexcusable.

I work nearby. On occasion I’ll come here for hash browns at breakfast. They’re nice and crunchy, quite good. Better than McDonald’s imo. The people are always very nice and quickly get my order together for me. It’s taco bell, but if you’re gonna pick taco bell, this is a good one.

I will say this Taco bell franchise should be proud of their employees tonight besides one . Lloyd and Megan wow they went above and beyond I had to come all the way back to get the rest of my food because the staff didn’t make sure that I was all set with my order B4 handing it to me. They were so respectful and treated me very well by remaking my entire order fresh . Thanks guys

On July 8th at approximately 6:20pm at this Taco Bell exactly, I was the only customer on site, including the drive through and inside.

The employees LIED about the freezee machine being broken, like every other Taco Bell (Bristol Taco Bell included).

They didn’t know their own menu when asked questions and didn’t offer any alternatives.

Worst of all that my kid cried because they skimped out on the nacho fries seasoning that was supposed to be on my kids Nacho fries.. USUALLY the fries are covered and these fries in the picture are borderline regular fries.

They hid them at the bottom of the bag, under the napkins and the other food, making some of them squished and had to throw away..

I’m not naming their names but they were lacking communication skills and were portraying very lazy behavior.

Pulled up to the drive through and the woman working it was extremely rude, clearly didn’t want to be there. My whole order was made incorrectly, despite repeating each item individually for her. The fiesta potatoes were burnt and inedible, and the rest of my food was cold. If I didn’t have to go back to work, I would have went back for a refund. Waste of nearly 40$. Avoid this taco bell at ALL costs

Who serves an uncooked food item at a fast food place? At first, I was upset because my orders weren’t customized the way I asked (just no tomatoes) but whatever. Then, I open up my quesadilla, and it’s legit raw. Since it had chicken in it, I’m here questioning does that bring salmonella upon the food? Who can make this right for me.

Service takes a while even when they don’t seem busy….? I suggest never coming here if you’re in a rush. Also, prices are ridiculously inflated compared to a taco bell in the next town.

Taco Bell’s should just close. I regret getting lunch here yet again. They made everything I ordered wrong. Cheesy Gordita with no sauce?? This is insane these people are unhinged. You want me to eat a taco with nothing and they almost forgot the hot sauce. I get it it’s not the greatest job but can Gen Z do anything right ?
