Pretty HORRIBLE!!!
Just picked up my order and even though I asked the Young man twice if they had my order correct he assured me they did – he said he used a”note” so I, the customer, would not see the complete order.
I was charge FULL price for a Whopper with NO MEAT with cheese.
This is what I received –
no cheese, no tomato, no onion
ONLY bread, lettuce, pickles some mayonnaise and ketchup
Is this a Whopper with Cheese minus the hamburger patty???
Full price of a hamburger containing Whopper
They should be ashamed of themselves!!
The manager should refund my money!

Best Impossible Whopper I’ve EVER Had!
I travel a lot and Impossible Whoppers are my go-to meal on the road, so I’ve had them from a lot of different Burger Kings – but this location absolutely blew me away. The Impossible Whopper here was hands-down the best I’ve every tasted. I was so impressed I ended up eating there three times during my short trip, and every single time it was perfect!
Fresh, hot, perfectly made, and CONSISTENT. THIS CREW KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I got a Impossible from ALL SHIFTS. Definitely earned a new loyal customer – I’ll be stopping here every time I’m in the area.

Waited almost ten minutes in a two car drive thru line. Had to wait because i couldn’t cancel my order. Told that they were short staffed, a common problem at this location. This is my last choice for fast food in Grand Blanc.

The Burger King it self, messed up our order we needed it be door dash due to stuff at home. They forgot some of our food to put in the bag, we live 20+ mins away my boyfriend went in there to talk to them about it being missed and that our food is now cold the girl there was very rude saying there isn’t anything they can do but give us what they forgot to put into our bag and seem to

So I have been coming to this location for a while now and in my two recent orders what they have given me is a cup full of ice, I do mobile orders so I just realized when I get home and start drinking. I am PAYING $2.79 plus taxes for a freaking cup of Ice whit a little bit of drink.

If I could give zero stars I would. The female manager with dark hair is completely unprofessional. She refused to make my order for door dash. I am a dasher. I watched her make orders for ppl that came in way after me. In no way should she be working here but definitely shouldn’t be a manager. I can’t even describe how bitchy she was. Because I asked how long it was gonna take, she made me wait even longer. If she’s working, turn around and leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just went through the drive through to get food for the wife and I. It was incredibly busy because it was Friday. Shellie was working the window and was amazing. Even though it was super busy she was happy and very friendly.
